Archie is a skin in Piggy: Book 2. He is a member of Budgey's Crew and is the main bot and antagonist of Ship - Chapter 8. He was added into the game during Ship's pre-release, alongside Kamosi.
Appearance[]
Archie is a gray arctic fox with fur tufts on the sides of his head, white whiskers, a white snout, a black oval-shaped nose,, a black sclera and a small, white pupil on his left eye. There is also a slightly light gray spot which outlines his left eye and the area below his snout is light gray. Similarly to Zompiggy, a portion of the right side of his face is ripped off, revealing his skull, which has a hole for the eye as well as missing his right ear. He wears an orange jumpsuit with hood, a white band on his left shoulder, black gloves and black boots. He has black belt and matching suspenders crossed in the shape of an X. He is also wearing a beanie with his left ear poking out, the inner part of it coloured pink. He also has 2 grey pockets on his belt and a black badge on his suspenders.
Animations[]
Idle[]
He stands while bending his torso backwards with his head down. He also twitches his head to the right every few seconds.
Walking[]
Similar to his idle animation, but with his left arm up and legs moving. His body also slightly bobs up and down.
Jumpscare[]
He throws his fire extinguisher in the air and grabs it, then swings it at the victim.
Stunned[]
Looks up and puts arms down, with occasional head twitching (overlays the current animation).
Hints[]
Someone asked MiniToon if he could give any hints for the Book 2 Chapter 8 bot and skin, and he replied with 🔧.
History[]
Crewmate of The Medora[]
Archie was part of the crew of a ship called The Medora. His leader was Captain Budgey, and his fellow crewmates were, among others, Bobby, Pepper and Kenneth.
Infection[]
Like the rest of the crewmates, Archie got infected, though it is unknown how he got infected. A particularly gruesome detail about Archie's infection is the fact that he probably got in some sort of accident, since right side of his face is partially gone, exposing his skull. Just like in case of most other crewmates, Budgey had no choice but to seal Archie in the lower levels of The Medora, though this also backfired on her, since this was also the place where the ship's fuel reserves were.
Attacking the Player[]
Much later, when Willow and the Player went to collect the fuel so Budgey can bring them to Doveport, the Player encountered Archie, who starts chasing them. Despite this, Archie failed to harm the Player.
Trivia[]
- According to MiniToon, the uniforms for Archie and the crewmates were based off of Half Life 2 beta characters.[1]
- When zooming into his head, you can see his snout slightly overlaps his eyehole.
- This is one of the many skins that look up in their stun animation. The same thing happens with Raze, Alfis, Mari, Dakoda, Rash, Kona, and Tobi.
- This is one of the many skins to have a usable item as their weapon. The others being Kitty, Pony, Zizzy, Billy, Bunny, Kona, Rash, Alfis, Piggy Little Brother, Mother, Father, Grandmother, Memory, Pumpiggy, Frostiggy, Pickle Rick, Gurty, Foxy, Twins, Daisy, and Piggy.EXE.
- He is one of the many skins to extend their hand(s) out when walking, with the others being Lisa, Skelly, Zompiggy, Alfis, Katie, Kona, Spidella, Duocara, Piggy (Distorted), Katie (Alternate), Mari, and Meisery.

- He costs the same as Clowny costing 385 Piggy Tokens.
- Coincidentally, they are both the main bot for Chapter 8 in their respective books.
- He is one of the several skins in which when stunned on bot mode, it will display: "Archie will be back in 20 seconds" instead of the normal: "Piggy is gone for 20 seconds".
- Even though he costs 385
, he appears after Raze, who costs 400 .
- The same error happens with Budgey, who costs 525 but appears after Torcher despite them costing 550 .
- The same error happens with Glenn, Fergus, Jakayla, Shardantus, and Marley Russell who all cost 500 but appear after Poley, Mr. Stitchy, Owell, Frostiggy, Primrose, Bess, Gold Piggy, Phenna, Anteo, Laura, Bakari, Sentinel, Mr. Bliss, Gryffyn, and Ombra if any of them have been obtained despite them all being reward skins.
- The same error happens with Budgey, who costs 525
- Archie is the third skin to have a visible skull, with the first being Skelly, the second being Zompiggy and the fourth being Glenn.
- Skelly is the only one to have their entire skull exposed.
- Archie is the only infected crew member to have a handheld weapon, unlike Bobby, Kenneth, and Pepper.
- Archie is one of the few skins to only have the pitch of their soundtrack changed, the others being Badgy, Budgey, Dakoda, Spidella, ???, Shardantus and Jakayla.
- Due to his height, he has some trouble getting through some areas.
- He is the first skin in the game with visible pockets,
- Archie is the third fox character to appear in Piggy, the first being Foxy and the second one being Felix (though Archie is technically an arctic fox).
- Archie is the second skin that received an emoji hint, with the first being Dakoda, the third being Anteo and the fourth being Duocara.
- When you make Archie the bot in a Build Mode map and put patrol points, then turn the first person mode on, his theme will lack the echo effect.
- This is present with all skins but is most notable with Archie.
- Archie's torso, which is leaned back, is not aligned with his hitbox. This causes a misconception that Archie has a bigger hitbox than other skins.

- His soundtrack is Scary Shanty by BSlick but lower pitched and echoed.
- His jumpscare sound is an APM audio called Splash Sting but lower pitched.
- His hit sound is an audio called Half-Life Crowbar Hit but lower pitched.
