BabyBoss is an NPC in Build Mode. He was used in a test for a new update to Build Mode, which is no longer available to play.

He was first seen in a tweet by Optikk.^[1]
His mesh can be found here, while his texture can be found here.
MiniToon hates Boss Baby, so he may exist to joke about it.
In-game, he is stretched out, making him look wider.^[2]
He, along with the Soldier NPC and the Scry NPC are the only NPCs that can be placed more than once, unlike the other NPCs - Doggy, Zizzy, Pony, Georgie, Bunny, Grandmother, and Mr. P.
BabyBoss is based off of Theodore Lindsey "Ted" Templeton Jr. from the Boss Baby series.
The name of the NPC is "BabyBoss" rather than "Boss Baby", likely to avoid copyright.
This was the first Build Mode joke decoration block, the second and third being Amongus and Jerma.
