Badges are the Roblox version of achievements. There are currently 41 badges in Piggy, most of them can be obtained by escaping chapters or completing certain secret quests.
The first badges were added on March 18th, 2020.
The art made for the Book 1 badges are made by Denk0. As of now, it is unconfirmed who made the badges for Piggy: Book 2 as well as the event badges, but it might be MiniToon who made them. For Lab - Chapter 12, DerpyDervee designed the badges.

- The badge that's been won the most is Completed Carnival, while the least is Bittersweet.
- This also affects their Rarity scores, as Completed Carnival has the highest one, at around 5%.
- As of March 30th, 2024, Completed Carnival has been won over 100 million times.
- Distorted Memory, Winter Holiday, Heist, Distraction, Breakout, Mansion, and Distorted Holiday are all event chapters, but there never were badges for completing them.
- Piggy but it's 100 Players, Piggy: Intercity and Piggy (Chinese Variant) don't have badges, and all the badges shown here are only available in the base game, Piggy.
- The "Completed Plant (True Ending)" badge took nearly a week before it got its first holder, who wasn't the games development helper.
- The "Completed Alleys" badge is the first badge to not have the silhouette Piggy head as the badge representation.
- Badges relating to Piggy: Book 2, excluding ones for the Lab chapter, have the silhouettes of their respective canon main antagonist.
- The "Secret Badge", "???", and the "Metallica Event" badges are the only badges in Piggy that give avatar items you can wear in other games on the Roblox website.
- Time indirectly does this as well, giving you a currency to buy items in another game.
- Coincidentally, the first two badges can only be obtained in maps of Piggy: Book 2.
- Badges normally are shown before a chapter's release, it can be shown minutes, hours or days before the release. Because the main chapters use their names in their badges, some chapter names were found early from them.
- Escaping chapters before badges were introduced required you to escape them again. This was the case for people who beat House, Station, Gallery, Forest, School, and Hospital.
- Although House temporarily had its name changed to "Gurt's House" in 2021 and "House.EXE DO NOT PLAY (SCARY)" in 2024, the badge for completing it never did so.
- Docks, Temple, Camp and Lab's badges have a different font than the other Book 2 badges.
- The Sewers badge shows Alfis' teeth.
- At least one person in your server needs to own all the badges in the game (excluding the event badges) to get the Hidden Ending.
- On October 24th, 2024, all the RB Battles event badges, the Metallica badge and the original Time badge got deactivated since they were unobtainable.
