Beary is a skin in Piggy. He and Skelly were added alongside the Hospital - Chapter 6 update, though Beary is also the bot and main antagonist of that chapter. He is one of the doctors/researchers who were helping Mr. P with the development of the cure for the Linnaeoma disease.
Appearance[]
Beary is a brown bear with round ears, light brown snout, and a black nose. He wears a bright blue shirt with a lab coat, storm blue pants, and black glasses, which are slightly tilted. His eyes have black sclerae, with a light red pupil in his left eye. His weapon is a large sword resembling a falchion.
Beary's old design was similar to the original with the only changes being no lab coat and tan cheeks.
Animations[]
Idle[]
Stands still while left hand holds blade of the falchion, and right arm holds the handle of the falchion.
Walking[]
Same as idle, but legs shift in walking motion.
Jumpscare[]
Stands upright and moves armed hand back, then jabs it forward at the player.
Stunned[]
Looks down and puts arms down, with occasional head twitching (overlays the current animation).

Beary was a bear who worked as a doctor in a hospital. He is one of Mr. P's researchers who were developing the cure, codenamed Substance - 128, for the deadly disease called Linnaeoma. The main goal of the research was to cure Mr. P's wife, Mrs. P, who was sick with Linnaeoma. Beary might have worked along with Bunny, Sheepy, and Badgy.
Infection[]
Much later, when the hospital was raided, Beary was infected and severe chaos broke out within the hospital, causing most of its residents to evacuate. Beary encountered Bunny and the Player by chance, but failed to infect them.
Trivia[]
- Beary is the first primary bot and second bot in general to not have the long dress body type, followed by Clowny.
- He is one of the few bear skins in the game followed by Pandy, Ghosty and Poley.
- Unlike skins like Piggy and Sheepy, he uses a different shade of red for his pupil. This is also the case for Kitty, Daisy, Dakoda and Shardantus. He is the first canon skin to do so.
- When zooming into his glasses, you can see it clips through both his head and right eye.
- When his redesign first came out, his theme could be heard when he appeared in his respective scene in the credits.
- In the Book 1 credits, Beary is seen taking a book from a bookshelf in the hospital.
- He is the first skin to have a styled weapon, with it being a European falchion, with the second being Budgey with a Caribbean hook, and the third being Dessa with a Okinawan Bo staff.
- He is the first skin to have a medical occupation, with the second being Katie and the third being Crove (Alternate).
- Both Beary and Katie were released with Chapter 6 of their respective books.
- He is one of the few skins to wear eyewear. The others are old Father, Teacher’s redesign, Pony, Mimi, Delta, Kona and Katie.
- He and Kona are the only ones to have their eyewear misplaced.
- Beary is indirectly mentioned in the Player's journal. More specifically, there is a line for hospital saying: "A doctor was infected and caused severe panic."
- Beary shares his idle and walking animations with Angel, Devil, Gold Piggy, Doggy and Memory.
- Beary's weapon was originally going to be a giant needle, but this was scrapped due to Roblox not allowing needles.[1]

- His soundtrack is an audio from the Roblox Library Audio named, Birthplace Of Horror, but slowed down by 0.7 and higher pitched.
- His jumpscare sound is an audio called Tank Yell_02 from Left 4 Dead 2, but lower pitched and slowed down.
- His hit sound is an audio called Sword Stab.
