Billy is a skin in Piggy. Along with Kraxicorde and Silzous, he was made by TenuousFlea, the person who made Accurate Piggy Roleplay. He was added into the game alongside Badgy and Mr. P when Plant - Chapter 12 was released. He was also intended to be a bot of Plant, but was replaced by Badgy.

Billy is a brownish bull with small cheeks in a darker shade of brown and a bright orange, capsule-shaped nose with black nostrils. He has wide, angular, dark gray horns, with pointy, downward-facing ears beneath them, the insides of which are colored a darker shade of brown.. Since he's a bodybuilder, he has a muscular physique, and he also has the tail of a bull. He wears a dark blue shirt, navy blue pants and a black jacket with fur hood and dark grey drawstrings with yellowish aglets. He also wears a dark green helmet with a gray stripe along the center, a black, somewhat rectangular forehead guard, and black chin-straps with two metal studs on both sides. In addition, he has a silver nose-ring in his nose and wears a black, spiked bracelet on his right arm. His eyes have black sclera with a cyan pupil on his left eye and a dark green iris with a cyan pupil on his right eye. He also has eyebrows, which point downwards, giving him an angry facial expression, though his left eyebrow is raised a bit. Finally, he wields a barbell as his weapon.

Billy is an orange bull with large persimmon cheeks, a light pink nose, light gray horns, and short ears in front of them. His eyes have black sclera and cyan pupils. He wears a yellow vest with a blank white stripe, orange pants, and a yellow hard hat between his horns. For his weapon, he wields a jackhammer.

In Piggy: Hunt, he wears a blue shirt with a black jacket with two black drawstrings and light gray aglets and dark blue pants with brown shoes. He also wears a green helmet with a black and gray strap with some rope tied to it with some metal on the helmet. He has white horns, a brown snout and black sclera with green pupils. His ears are triangular and point down. He has a spike bracket with light gray spikes around his right wrist and a sliver nose ring in his nose. He also has a brown tail. Also, his cheeks are gone.

It looks the same as previous one, but his right eye has a small, cyan pupil outlined with green iris, while the other one has a larger, cyan pupil, similarly to his design in the base game.

It looks like the main variant, but his jacket is light blue and without hood, and his pants are ripped in some place.Animations[]
Idle[]
He stands still, bobbing his body up and down a little, while carrying a barbell in his left hand.
Walking[]
Similar to his idle animation, but with his legs moving forwards. Also, he continuously hits rod of his barbell against his right hand while he's walking.
Jumpscare[]
He leaps backwards a little, holding up his weapon, lifting his right arm and moves his left leg backwards, then leaps forward and hits you with his barbell, positioning his left leg forwards and putting down right arm.
Stunned[]
Looks down and puts arms down, with occasional head twitching (overlays the current animation).
Idle[]
He stands still, bobbing his body up and down a little, his ears moving slightly. His head twitches violently for a split second occasionally and one of his legs is slightly detached from his body to show it facing forward. Also, his jackhammer, which he holds in his right hand, is resting against the ground.
Walking[]
He moves his legs while carrying a jackhammer with one of his arms.
Jumpscare[]
With both of his arms, he lifts a jackhammer and drills your stomach.

- He shares the same cost as Mari, Crove, Fergus, Shardantus, Marley Russell, Glenn and Jakayla, costing 500
. - According to TenuousFlea himself, Billy's original design had too much resemblance to the character he is based on (Mr. Bull), which could have potentially caused copyright issues to Piggy. Because of this, MiniToon asked TenuousFlea to redesign Billy.
- In one of his Tweets, TenuousFlea revealed this to Piggy fans by telling them that they need to say goodbye to Billy, but that he will return. While some people believed that Billy is getting removed from the game entirely, it was quickly discovered that he was simply getting redesigned.
- Billy's old design was one of the tallest skins at the time, surpassing Giraffy until he was beaten by Mr. Stitchy when he released (excluding those with a long dress), while his redesign is shorter.
- Billy's old design was supposed to have a soundtrack similar to Daisy's, but since it was unfitting, it didn't make it into the game.
- In a YouTube video titled "Things You Didn't Know About Billy!", TenuousFlea jokingly said that Billy was going to be replaced with a Kraken skin for his redesign.
- Despite the fact that this did not happen, TenuousFlea later made the Kraxicorde skin when Port - Chapter 7 was released, which was more than a month after he made the joke.
- Billy's old design was the first skin in the game with movable ears, the others being Fergus and Marley Russell.

- Billy is one of the many skins to have horns, with the others being Teacher, Devil, Kona, Silzous and Jakayla.
- Before Billy was added into Piggy, there was a character in Piggy Custom Characters Showcase called Mr. Bull, which was the prototype of Billy's old design.
- Billy's old design horns are a recolored version of the Mischief Horns item from the Roblox Catalog.[1]
- In one of his Questions And Answers, TenuousFlea said that when MiniToon and IK3As let him create a skin, he opted for Billy because he's among his favorite customs from his now-deleted fan game called Piggy Custom Characters Showcase.
- In another video, he continues further by saying that this was because of his jackhammer hopping animation. He also said that he admired this animation, but scrapped it because he thought it would cause glitches.
- Before Billy was added into the game, TenuousFlea published a small video showcasing the original skin's animations.[2]
- However, animations in this video were used in Accurate Piggy Roleplay rather than Piggy. TenuousFlea himself said this was because MiniToon forgot to add them.
- In addition, since this video has "spoilers ahead" in it, some people believed that Billy would be bot for Plant. TenuousFlea later claimed that Billy was intended to be the bot for that chapter, but in the end, Badgy was chosen for this role instead.
- This is probably because Billy's old model was a construction worker and thus didn't fit the chapter much, though he did end up being added in the photo of Piggy: Book 1 credits as an uninfected, however this is most likely a hunch as TenuousFlea had never contributed to the story at the time.
- When the old version of this skin was first released in private servers, his idle and walk animation were missing.
- The old version of the skin had broken emote animations due the way his right arm was positioned. For example, when you typed "/e dance3" when using Billy, his right arm would aim to the back instead to the front.
- Other skins that have broken dance animations are Pandy (Uniform), Mr. Stitchy, Tigry (Uniform), Katie, Kona and Tobi.
- TenuousFlea made a video about Billy's origin story, before his redesign.[3]
- While there was another done for Billy's redesign,[4] TenuousFlea himself said on Twitter that the origin story in question are non-canon to the official Piggy lore, as the second origin story was just a preview of one of the chapters of APRP: The Return.
- There was an occasional glitch with Billy's old soundtrack where it wouldn't play until you kill a survivor.
- This glitch now applies to Kolie, Blatt and The Prototype.
- The old Accurate Piggy Roleplay was taken down while TenuousFlea was making the redesigned Billy's teaser.
- When zooming into his right leg while his animations are unloaded, you can see it clips through his torso.
- Unlike most skins with green pupils, he uses a different shade of green for his pupil/iris. This applies to Dinopiggy and Felix.
- Unlike Foxy, he uses a different shade of blue for his pupils. This applies to Poley, Jakayla, and Eelektra.
- Billy is the fourth skin to be in the Bovidae family, the first being Sheepy, the second being Teacher and the fourth being Kona.
- Out of all these skins, Billy is the only one who wasn't modeled by MiniToon.
- Billy's redesign had four different phases in development, these can be seen in the gallery. Stage 1 is similar to his current design, however, his ears were conical and were not drooping downwards with no inner colour, no nose ring and a visible mouth His horns are lighter in colour with no texture and his cheeks and nose were larger. He wore a navy black shirt with a dark blue jacket which consists of cuffs and chest pockets and covers the shirt slightly more. He wore distressed pants, lacking footwear. Stage 2 is the same as Stage 1 but his jacket lacks cuffs and chest pockets and covers slightly less of his shirt. He lacks a visible mouth, his pants are now as his current design, no longer being barefooted and his jacket is slightly lighter. This design is also seen in his redesign teaser. Stage 3 is his current design with the same head model from Stage 2.
- Billy still has his mouth model from Stage 1, though it is invisible in-game.
- Billy's redesign was supposed to have completely different animations.
- His idle animation was supposed to be him lifting a barbell up and down.
- His walking animation was supposed to be him carrying a barbell with difficulty.
- His jumpscare animation was supposed to be him throwing barbell at the victim, and returning it back to his hand with an upwards kick.
- Billy's redesign had three different soundtracks made for it, all three composed by Piano Vampire. Although only two of those soundtracks were scrapped, there are at least four names for them, those being Jungle, Dramatic Spy, Unsolved Mystery and Tricky Gangster Behind The Mystery Madness. [5]
- Billy's redesign and Shardantus are the only skins to use the Roblox "Superhero" Torso.[6] This makes them appear muscular.
- Furthermore, Billy and Shardantus both have piercings.
- Billy is the first skin in the game that has piercings, followed by Shardantus and Eelektra.
- Billy is one of the few skins to hold their weapon in their left hand, with the others being Alfis, Carver, and Glenn.
- Before his redesign, Billy was right-handed.
- Billy's redesign is one of the eight skins with an iris, the other ones being Mr. Stitchy, Kolie, Markus, Delta, Piggy (Distorted), Fergus, Glenn and Marley Russell.
- Out of these eight skins, Billy is the only one who doesn't has a black pupil.
- TenuousFlea said that he changed Billy into a bodybuilder since he associates bulls with strength.
- Furthermore, he adds that when he was making the new Billy, he looked at photographs of real bulls as a reference and noticed that most of the bulls appeared strong.
- Ironically, his old design had the biggest cheeks in the game whereas his redesign, has one of the smallest. Other characters who got smaller cheeks when redesigned are Bunny and Pandy.
- Billy has received the biggest redesign by far, changing his pupil colors, head and body design, outfit, weapon, soundtrack, and jumpscare sound.
- Similarly to Teacher's old design, Billy's old design had an anatomical error, that being that his ears were in front of his horns whereas they should be beneath his horns.
- This has now been fixed with his redesign.
- Billy's old design, along with Kolie and Kona, are the only skins with a hard hat.
- Similarly to Mr. P and Giraffy's redesign, if you used Billy's redesign, there was a small chance that you will fall off the map.
- This bug is now fixed.
- In Piggy: Hunt, there are a lot of posters with Billy on it with caption "WANTED", which is because his NPC counterpart is canonically a criminal. Strangely, Billy is shown with his infected eyes.
- Billy (Inverse), a skin from Piggy: Hunt, is based on Billy's oldest scrapped redesign model.
- Before Billy was added into the game, the Piggy community refered to him as "Bully" due to him being a bull and due to the character naming method during that time.
- A similar thing happened to Willow, who was referred to as "Wolfy" by the Piggy community before her actual name was confirmed.
- Billy and Eelektra are the only characters in the game who wear spiked bracelets.
- However, while Billy wears only one bracelet on his left arm, Eelektra wears two bracelets, one for each arm.
- Since his redesign, he has become one of four skins from Book 1 to have eyebrows. The others are Mr. P, Budgey, and the redesigned model for Tigry.
- The green pupil on his redesign's right eye may be referencing Billy's prototype design, Mr. Bull from TenuousFlea's old Piggy Custom Characters Showcase game in which Mr. Bull also has a green pupil on his right eye.

- Billy's new jumpscare sound is an offsale audio from the Roblox Audio Library called Bull's Sound (Final) composed by PianoVampire and uploaded to Roblox by TenuousFlea.
- Billy's old jumpscare sound is an audio from the Roblox Audio Library called Scream by wolfienstein1236, but lower pitched. This audio originates from one of the jumpscare sounds from a FNAF fan game called Five Nights at Tubbyland.
- Billy's new hit sound is an audio called Hit-Metallic Ring Hit 09.
