Billy is one of two tritagonists in Terrence Crawford's Piggy novels.
Appearance[]
PIGGY: Infected[]
Billy is a bull with moderately large cheeks, pointy ears, stubby horns, dense eyebrows and a long snout with capsule-shaped nose that has small nostrils. He has heterochromia, with green and blue eyes. He wears a pale T-shirt and dark jeans and shoes. He is armed with a barbell that has single plate near either end of the shaft.
PIGGY: The Cure[]
In the second novel, Billy's appearance slightly changes as he now has a silver nose ring. His eyebrows are now white, and he no longer has rosy cheeks.
PIGGY: Hunt[]
Billy wears a black jacket along with a dark blue shirt, navy blue pants, a spiked necklace and dark green helmet. He also has a barbell.

Finding Ben and Ollie[]
Billy debuts alongside Badgy in the Carnival, where they take Ben in to their survivor group, the Safe Place. The three then find Ollie in the Mall, where Billy uses his barbell to defeat infected.
To the Laboratory[]
Billy and Badgy take Ben and Ollie to the Safe Place, and Billy opens the gates. Billy, Badgy, and Ben then leave to follow a helicopter signal tracked by Willow to a laboratory, but Ollie secretly follows them and attracts a crowd of infected. Billy and Badgy stay behind to fight while Ben and Ollie run into the laboratory.

Differences/Parallels (Novel to Game)[]
Billy in the novel displays numerous physical and lore-based differences when compared to Billy in-game.
- In terms of appearance in infected and cure, Billy in the novel looks much younger and doesn't wear as much clothing as Billy in-game does. He also lacks tail and his barbell has only one plate, opposed to two plates that Billy's barbell has in-game.
- In the novel, Billy is the member of The Silver Paw, while in-game Billy was not. Although both versions of Billy do know Willow, Billy in the novel also knows Ben, Ollie, and even more strangely, Badgy and his siblings.
- Billy being a member of The Silver Paw in the novel might have been based on the fact that in-game Billy was originally supposed to be one of the guards in the refinery.
- In the game, there is no evidence that Billy knows Badgy at all. This connection might have been made because of the fact that the Billy and Badgy skins were both added into the game when Plant was released.
- Unlike Billy in game Billy worked with Mr. P mentioned by TIO in Entity.
