Birdy Bank is a bank located in the Mall. The owner is theorized to be Birdy. It was abandoned at some point during the infection or when the owner became infected.

Appearance

The bank from the outside has window panes and two entry ways. From the inside, there is an ATM surrounded by two benches along with a desk with decorations on it. Once you use the mirror on the laser gate, the metal door will retract and reveal two benches on either side of you. Then, if you look forwards from there, you will see a laser obby with an opened vault door with gold plates and bars at the end. Once you get to the end of the laser obby, there will be two notes and multiple gold bars surrounding you. This is the location where you could obtain Poley during the Piggy-Jailbreak Collaboration event. The vault now holds The Prototype as part of the Keymaster quest.

History

Starting Point

It is already known that it started sometime before the Infection, but it is unknown on who started it and how they built it. The rationale also remains a uncertainty.

Closing

At some point at the start of the infection, Birdy Bank closed down due to safety concerns.

Aftermath

After it was shut down, it remained unused for a prolonged period of time.

Trivia

• Birdy Bank is very first location in Piggy to be modified for a quest.
• The Mall is among some of the locations you can visit in Piggy: Intercity (DEMO), so by extension, Birdy Bank can be accessed.
  • There's a chance to find items on the benches.
• The vault of the bank is closed off in Piggy: Intercity (DEMO), however the vault door is just simply replaced with a diamond plate texture.
• The bank is confirmed to exist in Terrence Crawford's Piggy novels.
  • It is mentioned inside of the mall in PIGGY: Infected.
  • One of PIGGY: The Cure's graphics show the bank as an independent building on a block.
• Birdy Bank has been modified for two different quests.
  • You had to go in Birdy Bank to get the Poley skin during the Piggy-Jailbreak Collaboration. However, you can't get him anymore, as the collab has ended.
  • Going through the lasers in Birdy Bank is vital for completing phase one of the Keymaster Badge Quest, as it houses The Prototype.
