The Black Lock Door, also known as the Black Door, is one of seven colored locked doors, it appears in Mansion, The PIGGY™ Household, and Distorted Holiday. In Mansion, it can only be opened when completing the quest to get the Bela skin.

Unlocking this is the final step while achieving Bela’s Quest. After getting the Black Key off of Duocara’s back, use it on this door. Inside, there will be a Crystal on the table, which rewards you with the skin.
Trivia[]
- This door can be seen getting unlocked by Eddy in the ending of Mansion.
- This is one of the few doors to only appear with the wooden type rather than the default brown.
- A sound of a child laughing can be rarely heard behind the Black Key Door, this is an audio called CHILDREN NIGHTMARES 06 but sped up.
- There's a glitch that you can't open the door with the black key. This rarely happens.
