The Black Safe is an obstacle in Piggy. It only appears in Mansion, and can be opened by completing the Elephant Paintings puzzle.

Mansion[]
- The Black Safe can be found in the room unlocked by the Red Key. It is on a crate to the right of the Elephant Paintings.
Mechanic[]
Unlike most other safes that require an item to directly open it, this safe works similarly to the Remote Control Event. The Elephant Painting decorations on the walls of various rooms tell you which paint each of the paintable portraits require to open the Black Safe. Once all the Elephant Paintings are painted correctly, the safe will open.
Trivia[]
- This is one of the numerous items to appear in only one chapter.
- This and the Remote Event both feature the player to complete a color-changing puzzle to open the safe.
- The Remote Event requires the player to find the TVs, and use the Remote Control to turn them from red to gray.
- The Black Safe requires the player to find the Paint Buckets and complete a puzzle by painting the portraits in the correct color from black.
- This, the Remote Event, the Vial Event, the Glass Cabinet, and the Gold Safe are the few safes that do not require a key or keycard to open.
