DLC Codes were a feature that were used for obtaining exclusive badges (profile pictures), masks and currency inside PIGGY: Hunt. DLC Codes could either be 1 time use codes and found in Merchandise, or a code that could be used by anyone usually given out by MiniToon or the PIGGY: Hunt team.
Appearance[]
The DLC Codes are a thin piece of plastic, usually either being green, blue, or yellow depending on the series. The words read "Exclusive DLC Code, Scratch Off, PlayPiggy.net/Toys".
Usage[]
On the section reading "Scratch Off", a randomly generated sequence of letters and numbers is underneath, and can be scratched off with a coin or fingernail to reveal the code. This code used to be able to be inputted into PIGGY: Hunt in order to receive prizes.
Trivia[]
- Due to the shutdown of PIGGY: Hunt, DLC Codes have become effectively worthless/obsolete.
- According to MiniToon, codes were planned to be added into the main game, with the systems actually being completely finished. However, Roblox did not allow MiniToon to implement the codes.
- Despite this, games like Pet Simulator X did this later down without permission and without being taken down.
- This opens the possibility to the systems being added to the main game. This is unlikely, however.
