Danny is a character in Piggy: Book 2. His only appearance is in Breakout. He was a soldier and Tigry's comrade-in-arms, as well as a possible pupil of Sergeant Monroe. During the mission where Danny and Tigry had to infiltrate the enemy's base, Danny was stabbed by Tigry, who, under the illusion conjured by TIO, thought his comrade-in-arms is actually a monster named Ombra. After realizing he killed his comrade, Tigry deserted the Military.
Appearance[]
Danny was a light gray donkey with a whitish snout and a reddish-brown nose. He had long, pointed ears that were darker gray on the insides. He wore a dark green scarf, a dark green camouflage helmet with a matching uniform, and black boots, gloves, and suspenders. He was shown to wield an SMG.
History[]
Joining The Military[]
Before the infection, Danny was a donkey who joined the military. It is unknown what Danny did before joining the force. Danny also did military training and boot camp, under the coaching of Sergeant Monroe. Later, he passed his training and became a soldier in the army.
The Infiltration[]
During a battle, Sgt. Monroe assigned Tigry and Danny to infiltrate an abandoned military bunker. Danny and Tigry ran through a battlefield, before stopping at a side entrance to the building. After Tigry fell into a sinkhole that split them up, the two pledged to regroup and continue with the mission. Presumably, Danny found an alternative entrance inside the building, and wandered the abandoned corridors to find Tigry. However, Tigry's mind was temporarily corrupted by The Insolence's influence, leading to him hallucinating Danny as an abomination. Eventually, Tigry fought back in self-defense with a knife, managing to stab Danny as the hallucinations wore off. Distraught and disillusioned of his hallucinations and his actions, Tigry deserted the military shortly after.

Trivia[]
- Danny is the first character to never call another character by their name.
- It's currently unknown if Danny knew Tigry's name.
- Danny is the first character to supposedly die in the same chapter he's introduced in, with the second being Mari.
- He and Daisy have different ears with Danny being more pointy shaped than Daisy.
- In the opening cutscene, we can see Danny wearing gloves. However, in the ending cutscene, Danny is not wearing gloves. It is unknown if this is was a mistake or if it has any meaning.
