The Heart Key is a quest item found in Hospital. It is used for completing the Bittersweet Badge's hunt, and obtaining the Mrs. P skin.
Overview[]
The Heart Key is located in a drawer in the hospital bed room where the pink vial can be obtained. The drawer has a lock on it with a 4-digit code needing to be solved in order to unlock it. Entering "0524" into the code will unlock the drawer, and the key will be able to be obtained.
Appearance[]
It appears to be a brownish-yellow key with the bow of the key being heart-shaped.

Usage[]
The key is used to open a locked closet in Carnival to proceed further in the Bittersweet badge quest. It does not appear in your inventory after you escape Hospital, but it can be used by going to the closet and interacting with it.

- This is one of the few items that lets you activate something in a different chapter with the others being the Mrs. P Photo, Heart Box, and Chip.
