Hospital is the sixth chapter in Piggy: Book 1. The map introduces more colored items, like keycards and vials. Hospital has the third most amount of items in a map, after Factory and City, with 19. Beary is the canonical bot and main antagonist for this map. Similarly to the previous chapter, Bunny is a friendly NPC and will stun Piggy for 20 seconds if you give her a carrot. The skins added along with this chapter are Beary and Skelly.
History[]
The Lucella Hospital is a large private hospital and the starting place of the infection.
The hospital treated Mrs. P, a dying patient who needed a new cure for Linnaeoma disease. Her husband, Mr. P, funded a cure, Substance - 128, which was tested on Piggy family (except for Georgie). The Piggy family gained strength from the testing, and so the cure was given to Mrs. P. Shortly after, however, the Piggy Family became infected with a virus, and grew hostile. Shortly after, Mrs. P became infected too and escaped into the city. The hospital nevertheless continued its research.
Beary, Sheepy, Badgy and Bunny presumably helped Mr. P in his research. However, this project was a fail, as all became infected, and the supposed cure (Substance - 128) started the infection.
Appearance[]
The hospital contains a waiting room, an isolation ward, hallways, a security room, a research lab, several rooms with hospital beds, a general care unit, and the plank room.
Storyline[]
After fainting in the epilogue of School - Chapter 5, the Player wakes up in the same hospital room. Bunny explains what happened while the Player was out, but doesn't tell them how long they were out for, avoiding the question altogether. While trying to escape, they encounter Beary. The Player and Bunny then go up to the roof where Mr. P is supposed to be waiting for them in a helicopter. However, when they got to the rooftop, Mr. P had already left without them. The Player and Bunny then decide to find another exit, but the Player notices how Bunny stays motionlessly and asks her if she is coming with them and she replies with: "Yeah. Coming". The cutscene then reveals that Bunny was looking at a note that says "I have to do this for our own good.".

Bunny: “Mr. P is waiting for us on the roof. Let’s hurry!”
Anonymous User: “They... they left without us...”
Bunny: “...We need to find another way out.”
Anonymous User: “I guess you are right.”
Anonymous User: “Bunny? Are you coming?”
Bunny: “Yeah. Coming.”

- Green Keycard: In the cafeteria, in the room the requires the hammer, or in the room that has the green substance in it.
- Blue Keycard: In the testing room, in the room with the vial safe, or on a shelf next to the big tubes on the floor.
- Red Keycard: On a bench outside of the room that has the player spawn, on a bench next to where the piggy spawns, on a bench near the room that has the purple safe, or in the room that is across from the room that has the green substance in it.
- Yellow Key: On the bench opposite the orange keycard door on the bottom floor or on the bench that is opposite to the room with the purple safe.
- Orange Keycard: In the room that is diagonal to the room that has the green substance in it, on a shelf near the exit door, or in the cafeteria.
- Purple Key: On a shelf in the orange keycard room to the left of the room that requires the hammer, on a bench in the blue keycard room, in the cafeteria, or on a bench in front of the green keycard room.
- x2 Vials: In the green and blue keycard rooms.
- Hammer: On a bench in a hallway downstairs, in the waiting room, or on a shelf near the room that requires the hammer.
- Plank: Upstairs in the cafeteria on a bench, on a shelf in front of the room that requires the hammer, on a bench near the room that has the purple safe, or in the green keycard room.
- Carrot: In the Yellow Safe.
- White Key: In the vial safe.
- Gun: In the Purple Safe.
- x2 Ammo: In the blue keycard room, and in the room that is diagonal to the room that has the green substance in it.
- Exit Door: In the orange hallway on the second floor.
- Blue Keycard Door: In the hallway that connects to the room where players spawn in.
- Green Keycard Door: In the hall with the rubber room in it.
- x3 Orange Keycard Doors: One in the hall with the Blue Keycard Door, another in the hall with the cafeteria and the huge room for patients, another in the hall that connects to the orange hallway with the exit door.

- Green Substance Container: In the closest room to the left of when entering the hall with many patient rooms from the hall with the Blue Keycard Door.

- On a shelf near where you need to use the Hammer.
- In the room with the Purple Safe, on the wall right next to it.

Only one blueprint spawns on the map each round, it will be found at one of the listed below locations.
- In the laboratory, locked by the Plank Door.
- Inside the office that is locked by the Blue Keycard Door.
- In the hallway near the exit door.
- Player Spawn: In the room for patients found in the hall with the Blue Keycard Door.
- Piggy Spawn: In the middle of the waiting room.
- Bunny's Spawn: In the same room as the player spawn.
Trivia[]
- This is the first map to not feature the wrench.
- This was the first map where the main bot skin had an up-to-date model since the bots in the previous maps use the original Piggy model concept (i.e. long-dress models).
- This is the first map to use vials, the second being Plant and the third being RB Battles Studio.
- This is the first map to introduce keycards as a substitute for keys.
- It is currently unknown how long the Player was out for, as Bunny never answers the question.
- In the entry for this chapter in the Player's journal, it is revealed that Bunny explained to the Player that, Mr. P and his researchers thought that they wouldn't make it, since they showed minimal symptoms of the infection (which Mr. P also tells the Player in the True ending). However, Bunny didn't give up on them, as they rescued her, so she believed it was her duty to protect them from being "tossed out and deemed as a lost cause". She also told the Player that they woke up in the perfect time, as the place is being evacuated, since Beary was infected and caused severe panic.
