Katie is a skin in Piggy: Book 2. She was added into the game a day after Factory - Chapter 6 and Kolie was released.
Katie (Uniform) is an alternate skin in Piggy: Book 2 and it can be obtained through completing the Daily Skin Quests.
Appearance
Katie is a blackish cat with white snout, white stripes on top of her head, triangular ears with pale pink inside, fur on sides of her head, black, round nose, and black whiskers. The area below her snout is white and she has black eyebrows facing downwards showing an angry expression. She has two pupils, both of which are yellow. Her apparel is a white dress with sleeves, possibly representing a nurse's uniform or a scrub. Beneath her dress, she has cyan leggings. To portray her occupation as a nurse, she wears a teal mask covering the lower portion of her face and a nursing cap with an image of a green cross in-between her ears. To finish her appearance, she wears black-rounded glasses (similar to those of Pony). Finally, she wields a surgical bonesaw with both of her hands as her weapon.
Katie (Uniform) is almost identical to her NPC counterpart, with a few differences. She is a blackish cat with white snout, white stripes on top of her head, triangular ears with pale pink inside, fur on sides of her head, black, round nose, and black whiskers. The area below her snout is white and she has black eyebrows facing downwards showing an angry expression. She has two pupils, both of which are yellow. Her apparel is a grey dress and possibly blackish leggins with a grey beret on her head. Unlike her NPC counterpart, she has grey sleeves and she dosen't have gloves. Her weapon is also her bonesaw rather than the Baseball Bat her NPC uses.
Same as current, but the cross on her nursing cap is red.
Animations
Idle
She stands upright, holding the surgical bonesaw while stroking it with her left hand. Her head tilts to her right every now and then.
Walking
She holds her bone saw to the front. Her head twitches lightly to her left every now and then while swaying her left arm.
Jumpscare
She throws her bonesaw in the air, making it flip and then grabs the bone saw and stabs you with it.
Stunned
Looks down and puts arms down, with occasional head twitching (overlays the current animation).
Trivia
- When using /e dance2, her arms go into her torso. This is caused by her rigging.
- Her idle is similar to Clowny and Crove, except she holds her bonesaw with two hands and constantly rubs on it while Clowny and Crove hold their weapons out.
- Katie shares the same cost with Zompiggy.

- She is the one of the few skin in the game with a soundtrack composed by MiniToon, the others being Zompiggy, Elly, Zizzy, Crove and Decaying Infected.
- MiniToon originally intended for her mask to cover the nose, but he scrapped this idea as he said "it was too derpy".[3]
- Her nurse hat previously had a red cross, but the texture of the hat the skin uses was replaced by a green cross by Roblox due to a video game rule that doesn't allow red crosses.
- Before the hat was changed, MiniToon said that he might change the cross to blue because of the same reason, though this never happened. [4]
- She is one of the many skins to extend their hand(s) out when walking, with the others being Skelly, Zompiggy, Alfis, Mari, Kona, Spidella and Archie.
- She is the third skin to wear a mask, with the others being Torcher, Felix, Badgy (Alternate), Crove (Alternate), Delta, Carver, Hornz, Centrell and Boris.
- She is the second skin to have a medical occupation, with the first being Beary.
- Coincidentally, both Beary and Katie wear glasses and were released with Chapter 6 of their respective books.
- This is one of the few characters to wear eyewear. The others are Teacher, Mimi, Pony, Beary, Delta, Kona and Centrell.
- She is the third skin with arms that go backwards when jumping, with the first being Budgey, the second being Pandy (Uniform) and the fourth being Bess.
- She is one of the few skins wearing sleeved dresses, the others being her alternate, Bess, Spidella, Phenna, and Laura.
- Katie (Uniform) is the third "Uniform" skin, with the first being Pandy (Uniform) and the second being Tigry (Uniform).
- MiniToon originally confirmed there would be no more uniform skins before Katie (Uniform) arrived.
- Her Uniform alternate presents some inconsistencies compared to her NPC counterpart. She lacks her gloves in favor of some newly added sleeves and her pants are slightly a different shade of dark gray. It is unknown if this happened because the design was rushed or was done intentionally as a small redesign.
- She shares her pupil and schlera color with Filip, who is coincidentally also a The Silver Paw member.

Sound Origins
- Her current jumpscare sound is an audio from the Roblox Audio Library called Goblin Growl 4 (SFX), which she currently shares with her NPC counterpart.
- Her old jumpscare sound is an audio from the Roblox Audio Library called Cat growl by Shyfoox, but lower-pitched. This was also her NPC counterpart's jumpscare sound before the sound change.
- Her soundtrack is an offsale audio from the Roblox Audio Library uploaded by MiniToon called CTake01 but slowed down and pitched down.
- Her hit sound is an audio called bladedismember3.
