Kraxicorde is a skin in Piggy: Book 2. He is the second skin in the game (with first one being Billy and the third one being Silzous) to be designed by TenuousFlea, the person who made the original and revamped Accurate Piggy Roleplays. He was added into the game alongside Dakoda when Port - Chapter 7 was released.
Appearance
Current
Kraxicorde is a blue kraken-like creature with a blue-to-purple gradient skin pattern on his torso and arms and fins on the sides of his head. He has four tentacle legs, each going in a different direction. He also has three black eyes with red slit pupils accompanied by blue eyelids as well as purple face markings around his eyes resembling eye bags and eyebrows. Like Parasee, he has tentacles as arms. In addition, he has blue spikes above his fins and on his forehead. His legs and arms also glow in the dark. Also to note, his arms are not the same model as his tentacle legs, as his legs have white undersides and black suckers.
Scrapped
Same as the current but with far less details: his skin is a darker shade of blue, lacking both gradient skin pattern and eyelids. He has no fins or spikes on his head, and only has 2 eyes instead of 3. His face markings are white instead of purple and his arms and legs do not glow in the dark at all.
Animations
Idle
He stands on all four of his legs, moving up and down in a breathing motion. Opens and closes his mouth repeatedly.
Walking
He bounces up and down with lower tentacles and moving upper arms in a similar fashion as he goes forward.
Jumpscare
He lifts up his arms and front two leg arms and charges them at you.
Stunned
Similar to his idle animation, but with head down. He has a unique head twitch animation which is more of a head shake rather than a twitch.
Trivia
- Kraxicorde's arms are not actually the real legs; the real legs are invisible, similarly to Ghosty's.
- TenuousFlea confirmed that Kraxicorde is canonically bigger than the Medora, but the skin is way smaller for gameplay reasons.
- Curiously, this skin does not walk, but "jumps" to move, although it still emits the sound of footsteps.
- He is the first skin that has a non-circular pupil, with the second being Silzous. Coincidentally, they are both modeled by TenuousFlea.
- This is the third skin to have particles, the first being Frostiggy and the second Gold Piggy. Kraxicorde's particles can only be seen in the Piggy Waiting Room and suddenly disappears after a minute.
- Some of the special perks of the skin are that it glows in the dark, it has flexible tentacle legs, and has an enormous body. Though, the glowing legs only appear with high graphics.
- He is the first Book 2 skin without a shared cost, the second being Spidella, the third being Delta, the fourth being Tobi, the fifth being Twins and the sixth being Silzous.
- In TenuousFlea's video called "Things You Didn't Know About Billy!", he made a small joke about Billy originally being remodeled into a kraken.[2] This may have been a small tease of the idea for this skin.
- Similarly to the shoulder pads on Shardantus , Kraxicorde's face markings are reflective. During the night, it appears darker but in daylight it appears lighter.
- When Kraxicorde is seen behind clear glass, his face markings disappear.
- TenuousFlea said the primary idea for this skin was a concept art drawn around May of 2020.
- TenuousFlea confirmed the price of the skin was reduced to 700 instead of 800 after making some decisions.[3]
- When you type any /e emotes, his tentacles will float and do the shop idle. This is because his legs were not animated for emotes.
- Kraxicorde has a bug, which occurs when the animations don't load properly, in which his walking and idle animations won't play.
- Kraxicorde is one of the few skins to have visible teeth, with the others being Skelly, Alfis, Spidella, Anteo, Bakari, Silzous, Fergus, Shardantus, Marley Russell, Jakayla, Bela, Rachna, Duocara's alternate skin, and Krampiggy.
- He is one of the many skins to not have a handheld weapon.
- There were multiple unused names for Kraxicorde, them being Krilode, Kraqsio, Kraxjico, Kraxio, Krazllio, Krasioz, and Kradisaxue.
- Kraxicorde, Crove, Phenna, Krampiggy, Jakayla, and Vampiggy are the only skins to be based on mythological creatures.
- Kraxicorde himself is based on the Kraken, an octopus-like sea monster from medieval Scandinavian mythology that is so large it can pull entire ships down into the sea when it wraps its tentacles around them.
- It was confirmed by TenuousFlea in the Piggy Discord server that the Teleportation Chamber trap's sound effects were scrapped Kraxicorde jumpscare sounds.
- Due to his height, he has some trouble getting through some areas.
- He was originally planned to have color-changing abilities, but TenuousFlea had difficulty choosing color gradients so the idea was scrapped.
- Due to the gradient on his arms and torso being decals, they do not glow in the dark.
- Due to this, his torso and arms get a blue-to-black gradient in the dark. This does not apply to his legs as they use Neon parts for the pink gradient.
- Even though an actual Kraken has around 8 to 10 tentacles, he only has 6.
- Kraxicorde's animations appear to be based on one of TenuousFlea's old characters named “Spider Piggy” from his now deleted game called “Piggy Custom Characters”.

- An early and scrapped design of Kraxicorde was posted by TenuousFlea on April 12th 2021 on Twitter.[4]
- On April 17th, 2021, TenuousFlea posted a leak of Kraxicorde on Twitter.[5]
