Appearance[]
Lisa has the appearance of a tall humanoid with ghostly pale skin, long black hair, and a mouth in a "screaming" position. She also has black eyes, and wears a long rusty brown-grey dress, which covers her legs.

Trivia[]
- This is the second user-exclusive skin in Piggy, with the others being Pickle Rick (exclusive to MiniToon, Lsuleu, and Epic Tank), Moonie (exclusive to Moonfallx and MiniToon), Moopy (exclusive to MiniToon) and Mega Tank (Exclusive to Epic Tank)
- She and Pickle Rick are the first skins to move away from a more "animal original Piggy style" appearance as their look seems to not belong in Piggy at all.
- Lisa may take her name from P.T, the demo for the unreleased horror game "Silent Hills" though her appearance seems to have more in common with Samara Morgan from the horror movie The Ring (2002).
- Lisa doesn't use any Roblox body package for her body.
- In her stunned animation, her hair clips through her torso.
- She has the second longest jumpscare sound, with the first longest being ???.
