The main menu is the UI that appears right when you join the game. The buttons are "Play", "Build", "Skins", "Items", "Pages" and "Go to Book 2 " or "Go to Book 1" depending on what Book you are currently in. In the background is a room with Piggy, Little Brother, ceiling lights, and empty picture frames. This is the same location the Piggy: Intercity (DEMO) Character Creator UI appears in.

Piggy: Book 1[]
New[]
The "Play" button is at the top. In the bottom right corner there is a button that says "Go to Book 2" which has the old thumbnail of Book 2 in it. In the background is redesigned Piggy and Little Brother in a hallway that has a resemblance of a hallway in House - Chapter 1. It has empty painting frames and ceiling lights that dim every few seconds, once you get to the voting menu, it will show a picture of redesigned Georgie Piggy.
Old[]
The "Play" button is the biggest button; it is the size of the "Build" and "Shop" buttons combined. In the background is old Piggy and old Little Brother (or redesigned), empty picture frames, lights that dim every few seconds and a picture of Georgie Piggy (redesigned and old design) right before you enter the voting menu.
Gurty[]
During the April Fools event, it is the same Main Menu design as the old one, but instead of Little Brother and Piggy, it is Gurty.
Piggy: Book 2[]
New[]

In the bottom right corner there is a button that says "Go to Book 2" which has the old thumbnail of Book 1 in it. Willow and a mysterious shadow figure stand in the background, lights dim every now and then, and there are lots of doors and crates. This is the same location as the Piggy: Book 2 Trailer hallway. There is also a settings button with the classic gear on it.
Old[]

RB Battles Studio[]

The RB Battles Studio map is the first map that has its own separate menu. You could access this menu via the RB Battles icon on the right side of the Main Menu of Book 1 and Book 2. The menu consisted of the outside of the RB Battles map, which included the studio to the left with the RB Battles logo, the street with cars to the center, and the Green Key tower room to the right. The menu also had the RB Battles icon, next to a button that said 'ENTER', which signified to a player to join the game.
RB Battles Spaceship[]
Note: This menu screen is no longer accessible, due to the chapter being a limited time event.
The RB Battles Spaceship map is the second map that has its own separate menu. You could access this menu via the RB Battles icon on the right side of the Main Menu of Book 1. The menu also had the RB Battles icon, next to a button that said 'ENTER', which signified to a player to join the game.
Metallica x Piggy[]

The Metallica X Piggy map is the third map that has its own separate menu. You could access this menu via the Metallica X Piggy icon on the right side of the Main Menu of Book 1. The menu also had the Metallica X Piggy icon. There was a button that said 'ENTER', which signified to a player to join the game. There was also a settings button.
The Hunt: First Edition[]
Note: This menu screen can be accessible by clicking on the Extra Chapters.
The Hunt: First Edition map is the fourth map that has its own separate menu. You could access this menu via The Hunt: First Edition icon on the left side of the Main Menu of Book 1. The menu also has The Hunt: First Edition icon. There was a button that said 'PLAY', which signified to a player to join the game. The chapter's entrance button was changed to an image of the Time (Post Hunt) badge and was moved to the right side when it was readded in private servers. The chapter's entrance button was changed once more when the Extra Chapters button was added, moving the button there.

Play[]
The Play button leads to the voting menu or the Book Selection (Old).
Build[]
The Build button leads to the server list.
Skins[]
The Skins button leads directly to the Shop.
Shop (Removed)[]
The Shop button leads directly to the Shop.
Items[]
The Items button leads to the Ability UI for Players and Piggies. You can hold down this button on the menu to begin the Bittersweet Note Hunt. When you do, a magnifying glass pops up above the crouch button.
Settings[]
It leads to the settings UI.
Pages[]
It leads to the Player's Journals. There is one for Book 1, and another for Book 2. You need to collect six pages in each chapter and the page for the chapter will appear.
Seasonal Buttons[]
It leads to the Seasonal Menu and Shop, where you can see what seasonal quests you have completed, the rewards of the season, and how long you have to complete the season.
Extra Chapters[]
Allows the Player to play additional bonus chapters.

Trivia[]
- The Main Menu sometimes won't appear for a few minutes.
- Sometimes the Main Menu glitches after you win a game/match and won't appear.
- The Play button is the same length as all four buttons below it: Build, Skins, Pages, and Items.
- It was shorter to match the below buttons before the pages button was added.
- There's a glitch when you're playing as piggy then after the round ends you'll be sent back to the main menu but the Play, Go To Book 2/Book 1, Items, Abilities, and Pages buttons will not work.
- When you change your camera mode in the Book 1 Main Menu and look the way Piggy is facing, there is faint text on the wall saying "unconfronted trouble".
- There's a glitch where if you join a round, the menu UI will still be there even if you are in the map.
- For a long time, Season 6 - Whistling Winter could still be accessed by opening and closing the settings.
- This was fixed in Book 1 with the release of The Hunt: First Edition Event.
- This was fixed in Book 2 with the 6/16/2024 update.
