Mall is the tenth chapter in Piggy: Book 1. It introduces you to new items, such as the mirror, which you can use to get a coin. This chapter also introduces the use of crowbars, which is required to open the ATM counter, and break the planks on the exit door. It also introduces metal detectors as alarms, as well as Mousy, who will kill you if you stay in the vents instead of exiting to avoid Piggy. The unnamed mall droid (referred to as Robby as a skin) is the canonical main bot of this chapter. The skins added along with this chapter are Robby and Mimi. Black hole traps were added along with this chapter. Similarly to City, Zizzy is a friendly NPC for this chapter and will stun Piggy for 20 seconds if given grass.
Appearance
The mall is a large two-story map with an arcade called The Aye-Aye Arcade, an unnamed sports equipment shop, an unnamed clothing shop, a bank called Birdy Bank, a cafe called Kitty's Kitchen owned by Kitty prior to the infection, vending machines and escalators. There are also several unnamed food stalls scattered around the first floor of the mall.
Storyline
Immediately after the events of City, the Player and Zizzy follow a shadowy figure to a nearby mall. There, they find that the figure has barricaded themselves in a storage room. They encounter an enhanced security droid with a chainsaw arm which tries to hunt them down, and also have to avoid an infected mouse lurking in one of the vents. After unlocking the barricaded doors, Zizzy orders the stalker to show themselves, and they turn out to actually be Georgie Piggy. The Player asks Georgie what happened, and he tells them that after his family came back from the hospital, they started acting strangely, so he escaped from his home and went to the city to find his Grandmother. However, she and the rest of the residents of the city started behaving just as strangely as his family, so he hid inside the mall. The Player and Zizzy then tell Georgie that he should come with them to the safe place. Georgie asks the Player if he will see his family ever again, and the Player promises him that they find the person who started the infection. After that, the three go to the safe place, where they meet Zee, Zuzy, Pony, Giraffy and Mimi. Pony then says that he has tracked Mr. P's helicopter signal, so the Player decides to follow it. Before they do it, however, Zizzy tells her sisters to take care of Georgie while she is absent. Pony, Zizzy and the Player decide to be the ones to go stop Mr. P once and for all.

Anonymous User: “We’re going to find you... Whoever you are!”
Zizzy: “Show yourself, we know you've been watching us!”
Anonymous User: “Georgie...?”
Georgie: “H-How do you know who I am? Who are you?”
Anonymous User: “I’m Anonymous User, and this is Zizzy.”
Zizzy: “You know this kid?”
Anonymous User: “This is the person I was looking for. Why’d you run, Georgie?”
Georgie: “After my family visited the hospital, they acted weird... and scary.”
Georgie: “I came here, looking for grandma. But everyone looked scary... so I hid.”
Zizzy: “You’ll be safe with us, Georgie.”
Georgie: “Will I see my family again...?”
Anonymous User: “Georgie... we’ll find the person who did this, I promise.”
(All of them are back in the safe house)
Zuzy: “Zizzy’s back, and she has friends!”
Zizzy: “Zee! Zuzy! This is Georgie and Anonymous User.”
Zuzy: “Anonymous User looks pretty funny-”
Pony: “Zizzy! Anonymous User! We tracked a helicopter signal nearby.”
Anonymous User: “Mr. P... I need to go see him.”
Pony: “Zizzy and I are coming with you.”
Zuzy: “What?! But she just got back!”
Zizzy: “I’ll be back soon, I promise! Take care of Georgie while we're gone.”

Piggy-Jailbreak Crossover
As of May 3rd, 2020, the two hit games Piggy and Jailbreak have crossed over. On Jailbreak's side, you can receive some Piggy rims by being killed by Piggy from 9:00 PM to 11:45 PM in-game time. On Piggy's side, you can receive an exclusive Poley skin. It resembles a polar bear police officer. How you receive it is that in Birdy Bank, you must get the mirror to open the vault. Once you do that, you have to complete the obby and get to the gold bar area. The second you step foot in it, you will be awarded the skin, and that is Poley (However, you can no longer earn it in the regular game. The only way to unlock Poley now is to do the same thing but in Piggy but it's 100 Players but the game is currently private).
Keymaster Badge Quest
Main Article: Plant - Chapter 12/Keymaster
On June 18th, 2024, A new badge titled, "Keymaster" was added for completing the Keymaster Quest. Mall housed the first half of the quest, while Plant housed the second. In order to get past it, select the chapter on Bot, then open up everything without escaping. Next, go to Birdy Bank, and get into the vault. It is there that you will find a prototype of the Robby bot in the corner. Upon getting close to it, it will activate and start chasing you. By acquiring the Gun or stunning it with Zizzy, a chip will drop from The Prototype. Escape with the chip in your inventory to complete phase one of the quest.

Trivia
- This is the fourth map to have a secondary bot, that being Mousy (the first three being Forest with Doggy, Carnival with Foxy, and City with Grandmother), she is placed in the vents to patrol the long vent.
- This is the second of many maps to not to have the hammer. Instead, you use the crowbar for removing the ATM cover and the wood on the escape door.
- This is the first map where the wrench doesn't only activate electric panels, with the second being Ship, and the third being Lab.
- The binary code in the vault where you used to get Poley was translated to be "We are upgrading the mall security protocol droids to protect it against intruders and the infected." This confirms the mall droid's purpose as a programmed guard.
- This is the very first map in which a special skin could be obtained through gameplay.
- This is the only map in Book 1 in which there is a ventilation maze and a secondary bot roaming the mentioned area. The same concept would later be used in Lab of Book 2.
- This is the first map to have only one normal opening door, the second being Temple.
- Coincidentally, they both are the tenth map of their respective books.
- There is an intro cutscene glitch where Zizzy won't be able to walk.
- This and Plant are the only Book 1 maps that still uses old designs, the old designs in this map being Zee, Zuzy, Mimi and Giraffy.
- Mimi and Giraffy have the same clothing colors as their current designs, but don't have any of their accessories and still have cheeks.
- This is the first map to feature a bot that isn't an infected.
- 29.4M people own the “Completed Mall” badge as of February 2nd, 2025.
