Memory is a skin in Piggy. They were added alongside Doggy when Station - Chapter 2 was released. They are the bot and main antagonist of Distorted Memory and are also seen in the thumbnail of the Swarm gamemode, along with Clowny and Mari. They are a member of the Piggy Family, but its unknown what their role is in the family.

Memory (Inverted) and Memory (Glitchy) are their alternate skins, and they can be obtained through completing the Daily Skin Quests.

Memory is a pale whitish gray apparition pig that has a snout, round ears, grey nostrils and big black eyes with no pupils. They wear a grayish black dress, wielding a black baseball bat with both hands, with the bat's tip pointing to the left. They also levitate.

Identical to the original, but their colors are inverted. This turns their dress and bat white, and their skin black. Their nostrils are gray and their eyes are white and glow.

Identical to original, but with colors changed. Memory’s skin is pitch black and their nostrils are white. Their dress becomes light red. Their left eye becomes green while their right eye becomes blue, and both of these eyes glow.

In PIGGY: Hunt, they look the exact same as in the main game, but their ears now have interiors. They also don't levitate anymore.

Animations

Idle

Hovers over the ground, bobbing their head with their arms up and down.

Walking

Similar to their idle animation, but with minor movement with the arms and head.

Jumpscare

Stands upright and swings their bat over their shoulder, then smacking it down at the player, like the normal Piggy skin.

Stunned

Looks down and puts arms down, with occasional head twitching (overlays the current animation).

Trivia

• MiniToon stated that Memory is a ghost-like apparition.
• They are the first skin in the game to not be based on a Peppa Pig character.
• Their weapon can be found in the Roblox Library, but in Piggy, the texture of the bat is black.
• Parasee was originally meant to be the bot of Distorted Memory, but was replaced by Memory to fit the map’s name.
• Memory was the first skin to physically levitate.
• Memory is the first skin that levitates in their walk animation, with the others being Angel, Devil, Ghosty, Owell, Mari, Gold Piggy, Phenna, Laura, Bakari, Jakayla and Bela.
  • Out of all of them, Memory is the only one that is canon to the Piggy storyline.
• During one of MiniToon's livestream, he confirmed that Memory is a member of the Piggy Family.
  • In The 100% Official Piggy Survival Manual, it's stated that Memory is a nightmarish version of Mother in Distorted Memory. This seems to be the reason the Mother bot in Station had its animations changed for the duration of Distorted Memory to a similar levitating animation.
    • This is false however as MiniToon confirmed in Discord that every long dress skin before City - Chapter 9 (with the exception of Memory and Angel) are all female.
      • Furthermore, MiniToon has implied Memory having no gender. This mean the book has a mistake or that Memory has no gender due to being an apparition.
        • It is entirely possible that Memory is a genderless version of Mother, although nothing is confirmed.
• If their soundtrack change isn't counted, Memory is the oldest skin that hasn't been redesigned.
• Memory is the first skin to have no cheeks.
• Memory is one of the two skins with a long dress whose bot counterpart has the same animations as its skin counterpart, with the other being Zompiggy.
• Memory and Doggy actually use the same animations, though Memory's seemingly looks different because of the contrast in body types.
• They have a re-skin known as Glitchy, who appears in the RP2 Subspace.
• Despite levitating, they still emit footstep noises. This applies to Angel, Devil, Ghosty and Gold Piggy. This is because their legs which are invisible in-game are still touching the ground.
• Memory shares their walking and idle animations with Angel, Devil, Gold Piggy, Doggy, and Beary.
• Memory shares their jumpscare animation with Piggy, Mother, Grandmother, Sheepy, Kitty, Teacher, Angel, Gold Piggy, Pandy, and Doggy.
• Memory and Piggy are the two Piggy family skins to be in PIGGY: Hunt.
  • Grandmother was seen in the trailer for the game but was never a playable character.
• Memory has an unused texture map in the files of PIGGY: Hunt's Playtest. It is mostly the same as the final version, except there appears to be cheeks in the texture.
  • Interestingly, these cheeks do not show up when the texture map is placed onto the head model.
• The Memory bot in Build Mode and Swarm uses a new material for their head model instead of the old glass material. However, the Memory bot in Distorted Memory and the skin still use the old material.
  • This also applies to Zompiggy, Clowny, Robby, Torcher, and Badgy in their respective maps.
• Memory (Inverted) and Memory (Glitchy) have a unique effect where if they're walking but then suddenly stop, they will slide. This is not present with their original variant.
  • This quirk also occurs with Frostiggy, Sheepy, Sheepy (Green), Sheepy (Scientist), Pandy, Kitty, Kitty (White), Skelly (White), and Pickle Rick.

Sound Origins

• Memory's new soundtrack is an APM Music track from the Roblox Audio Library called Music Box, but slowed down by 0.7x and lower pitched. The soundtrack was composed by Alain Mouysset.
• Their old soundtrack is an audio from the Roblox Audio Library called The Kaiser's Lullaby by Dr_SunYatSen. This soundtrack comes from a music box version of Die Wacht Am Rhein, a German patriotic song.
• Their jumpscare sound is Noo Noo's jumpscare sound from FNATL 2. The sound can be listened to here in the Roblox Audio Library.
• Their hit sound is an audio called Baseball Bat Hit.
