Dr.[2]Poppyseed[3] or Mrs. Poppyseed (better known as Mrs. P) is an important character in Piggy and is the wife of Mr. P. She has been mentioned during Metro, Mall, Plant, and multiple chapters during the Note Hunt, she has had a cameo during City, her photo has appeared during Carnival, City, and Plant, and she appeared in the Twas The Night Before Pigmas video alongside the Bittersweet ending for Plant.

Mrs. P is a pinkish purple sweet potato with black eyes with visible eye bags and three eyelashes on each side, a red mouth and dark purple eyebrows. She wears a beige sun hat with a purple stripe and a flower, she has a white polo shirt with short sleeves and purple overalls with yellow buttons. She also wears brown gardening gloves and black boots.

While Infected, She resembles her past self but with red eyes, a frown and her skin tone is darker.
Old[]
Mrs. P was a anthropomorphic yellow potato with both arms and legs. She has oval-shaped, brown eyes; a red grin; and a large daisy on her head. Her physique is similar to Mr. P's old model.
History[]
Early Life[]
Mrs. P was a purple sweet potato that lived in Evalia. She presumably went to the School,[4] where she met Mr. P at a young age becoming friends with him before eventually becoming his wife later in life. Mrs. P wanted to resign from her job as a Doctor as Mr. P was now starting to do well economically, though her higher ups begged for her to stay as Lucella needed more doctors. Mr. P felt bad for her though he was happy she could still give people the help they need.
Growing Sickness[]
Years later, Mrs. P was still happily married to the now billionaire, Mr. P until she contracted a fatal disease known as Linnaeoma. She was soon rushed to a hospital, where Mr. P paid the doctors to try their hardest to cure her. Unfortunately, they broke the news to Mr. P and told him that there was nothing that they could do to help Mrs. P.
Testing the Cure[]
Mr. P started work on a cure himself, which was code-named "Substance - 128", and even rushed the doctors to test it. Despite their warnings that the cure was unstable, Mr. P had already started looking for test subjects. The supposed cure was finished, he would give it to the Piggy family, who had come to volunteer for the testing of the supposed cure, to drink. Since the Piggy family felt stronger, it was believed that the cure was successful, so Mr. P gave it to Mrs. P, sometime later at Mr. P's barn, he had a talk with Mrs. P as she said she felt great, as this was one of the symptoms of previously mentioned substance, Mr. P was joyous after hearing this until Mrs. P asked him about the "others", (presumably the Piggy family as they were the ones that the substance got tested on beforehand) and told him to give them a call. Mr. P agreed as he then left her alone at his barn.
Turning Infected[]
Later, after everything was going fine, Mr. P heard on the news that Piggy family started becoming hostile. Mr. P shrugged off the news, thinking it had nothing to do with his cure, but soon after that, Mrs. P started becoming aggressive, and her eyes started glowing red. Mr. P knew he had to stop her, but he couldn't bear to hurt his own wife, so he let her go instead. He then tried to fix the situation by making more cures.
Wandering the City[]
Once Mrs. P has escaped, she wandered into the City, where she managed to hide in one of the buildings near the Safe Place and Elly Enterprises. She appears by one of the windowsills of the building. Mr. P told some people where Mrs. P could be, where they presumably brought her somewhere as hinted in the Note Hunt.

Trivia[]
- One of the teasers for Mrs. P reads "Tell me... do your memories... haunt you, too?" This is a reference to a teaser for Plant.
- Mrs. P and Mr. P are the only known characters to be vegetables.
- The Mrs. P bot has a special behavior in Plant, in which she will occasionally charge at players who get close to her, being slightly faster than the player though she can’t reach and kill the player, unlike Duocara. Though because of this, it is recommended have the Sprint ability selected and ready to use.
- Mrs. P can be found in Carnival - Chapter 8 in the form of a picture frame on one of the shelves as a small Easter Egg. Additionally, in City - Chapter 9, if you go on the roof of one of the buildings and look at the windows of the background buildings, she can be found as a silhouette. Another picture shows up under a purple car. The picture is of her. It serves as a step to get the True Ending and the Mr. P skin (after getting the True Ending).
- A note in City reads “She broke out, but she’s somewhere. We need to find her and gather supporters.”, which possibly refers to Mrs. P.
- In Peppa Pig, Mr. Potato's (the character Mr. P is based off of) wife is a carrot, not Mademoiselle Potato.
- Despite her looking nearly identical to Mademoiselle Potato from the Peppa Pig series, Mrs. P didn't get a redesign like the other characters until 2024.
- This might’ve been because she didn't have a skin in the game until 2025.
- She makes a cameo in PIG 64's city.
- The potato that represents Mrs. P in PIG 64 is purple.
- Mr. P created his Carnival because of Mrs. P, with her even supporting him and reassuring him that others will find the same interest she had as a child.
- Despite being married to Mr. P, she was referred to as Ms. P when she was first mentioned. This was later fixed for her skin quest.
- Mrs. P was also added as an NPC in Build Mode though she was obtained the day after the update released, as the quest for the NPC involved collecting various notes on various chapters.
- Mrs. P's redesign was actually based off an artwork of Mrs. P made by poppy24502.[5] This marks one of the few times where a character design was inspired by fan concepts.
- One of the notes in the Mrs. P NPC Note Hunt implies that Mrs. P was a student at the School, where she met Mr. P.
- A note in the Mrs. P NPC Note Hunt implies that Mrs. P did indeed go to the City and was in the apartment where her silhouette is seen. However, it is also implied that she was taken by somebody, due to the fact that she isn't inside once it is blown up. Additionally, the note talks about somebody saying they can't let anyone find her, and that they know "just the place". It is unknown where this is.
- Epic_Tank confirmed that when they get the chance, they will redesign her photo to match her new model.[6]
- The photo was later redesigned on March 2nd, 2025.
