The Mrs. P Photo is an item in Piggy. It appears in the ending cutscene of Carnival - Chapter 8 for the first time as a decoration, but becomes an usable item in City - Chapter 9 (where it is required for the True Ending) and Plant - Chapter 12. The item got a redesign so it can match Mrs. P's redesign.
In PIG 64, a modified variant of the item is necessary for completing the Potato Pout Badge in the game's Subway map.
Locations[]
Carnival[]
On a shelf where you meet Zizzy and Pony in the end cutscene. It's decoration and you cannot pick it up.
City[]
Under a purple car near the corner of the map (only on Player + Bot and if you have all Book 1 badges except for the True Ending).
Plant[]
On top of the High Striker game in the carnival memory of the second phase which requires the mallet.
PIG 64[]
In a non-collidable window with Mrs. P's silhouette in Subway City.
Usage[]
City[]
It has no use in City. However, if you escape with it in your inventory, it will allow you to be able to get the True Ending.
Plant[]
It must be given to Mr. P once obtained. Doing so completes the map.
PIG 64[]
It must be given to Mr. P, as doing so will award the second secret badge (Potato Pout) and flood Subway City in PIG 64.

- This, the Wooden Sword, the Military Knife, the Sword, and the Heart are items which trigger the escape requirement by using them against NPCs.
- This is one of the first items in Piggy to not trigger something in the same chapter (City), instead it will trigger something else in another chapter (Plant). The others are the Chip, Heart Key, and Heart Box.
- This is currently the only item to receive a redesign.
- The photo was eventually redesigned with the release of the Decay Part 1.5 update.
