Notes are the hidden messages around maps that a character has left behind that point to the lore of the game. They appear in Piggy and Piggy: Intercity to reveal secrets in the storyline.

The Alleys All I could think about was the arrest before the whole infection happened. Doggy and I had located two of the three wanted criminals in Lucella. As it turns out, they have been lurking in the alleys, a dark and filthy place. It suited their lifestyle, after all. After frantically searching for one criminal whilst being hunted by another, we finally reached her, Willow. She’s been wanted for many years now. It seems that her criminal behavior was in her blood, as her parents enjoyed stealing apparently just as much as her. When we searched her room, Doggy made a few discoveries. He found a hatch with a small crawl space. This must’ve been where she (and presumably any other criminals) hid to avoid being found. What confuses me even more is that there were three beds, but she was the only one living there. They haven’t been touched in a long time, shown by the dust. Trivia

• "DONT TRUST THE SI-" might mean The Silver Paw, or the signal.
• The note 'Attention all BADIMO Stations; there is an outbreak here, we need your help.', is a reference to the Piggy-Jailbreak Crossover, since BADIMO is the group that made Jailbreak.
• All of the notes found in Metro - Chapter 7 and City - Chapter 9 are inside filing cabinets.
• There are only three cryptic notes in all of the Chapters: One is in one of the chalkboards in School - Chapter 5 and is written presumably by the Teacher, one is in another chalkboard in Outpost - Chapter 11, and the last one is in a trolley near the exit door in The Safe Place - Chapter 4.
  • There is also a note in Temple - Chapter 10 that is written in Morse Code. It can be found above the exit door.
• There are multiple note writers that sign with their initials (Examples: T, Fil, K) while the others sign it with their full name or don't sign it at all.
• There are no notes found in House - Chapter 1, Gallery - Chapter 3, Forest - Chapter 4 (excluding the note that was added for Spooky Hunt) or Winter Holiday.
• Since Distorted Memory was added back to Piggy in V.I.P. servers, the "Where to, George?" note has now been updated to say, "Where to, Georgie?".
• The font used for some notes seems to be Special Elite, which is also the font used for the Player's Journal (Headings only in Book 2 Journal)
