Outpost is the eleventh chapter in Piggy: Book 1. While you play the chapter, soldiers will spawn from various holes around the map, and Zizzy will run around killing them to prevent them from killing you. You can also give Pony a carrot, and he will stun the Piggy, knocking them out for 20 seconds. However, Pony can also knock out a soldier if one gets in his way, many players get a soldier in their way when they're the Piggy to avoid getting stunned for 20 seconds. Torcher is the canonical bot for this chapter. The skins added along with this chapter are Soldier and Torcher. One day after this chapter was released, Piggy had a collaboration event with Jailbreak, with a skin called Poley becoming obtainable in Piggy. Five days later, Daisy, Parasee and teleporters were during Distorted Memory's pre-release.
Appearance[]
It is a military outpost, hence its name. There is a medical bay, a sleeping area with bunk beds, a gym, two conference rooms, a tank, watchtowers, a cafeteria and an entrance to a Power Plant, which is going to be the exit. A couple of soldier holes are present and a small sky bridge presumambly connecting a watch tower section to another. Ironically as a military outpost this map lacks an armory.
Storyline[]
The Player, Zizzy, and Pony track Mr. P's helicopter signal to a military outpost, which is infested with infected soldiers and one of the military's Torchers. At the end, the trio gets ready to go into the military plant, but they find out Georgie followed them, since he wants to see the person responsible for the infection of his family. However, Pony tells him that he attracted a lot of the infected soldiers. Pony and Zizzy stay behind to fight the crowd while the Player and Georgie go to the plant to confront Mr. P. They eventually find him, but they discover that he is a cyborg now and that he replaced one of his arms with a gun. The Player tells him that they have come to stop his evil plans, but Mr. P replies that the Player and Georgie aren't real, thinking his mind is playing tricks on him. The Player is confused about this statement, but then Mr. P says that they are dead and tells them to leave him alone. He then runs away, so the Player and Georgie run after him.

(Camera fades in on Anonymous User, Zizzy, and Pony)
Pony: “This is where the signal came from..."
(Camera pans towards the outpost)
Zizzy: “I guess we're going in, then."
Pony: “Is anyone else getting bad feelings about this?"
Anonymous User: “This is where Mr. P is.”
Zizzy: “Are we ready to face whatever is in there?”
Georgie: “Wait!”
Pony: “Georgie! Aren’t the sisters supposed to be watching you?”
Georgie: “I convinced them to play a game of hide and seek.”
Anonymous User: “Why did you follow us, Georgie?"
Georgie: “I want to see the person who hurt my family.”
(Camera pans up behind Georgie to see numerous infected soldiers)
Pony: “Well, you’ve attracted quite the crowd...”
Zizzy: “Anonymous User, take Georgie with you in there. Pony and I will hold them off.”
Anonymous User: “Stay close to me, Georgie. I’ll keep you safe.”
(Anonymous User and Georgie go inside the Plant.)
Pony: “Zizzy, if we don’t make it out of this, I just want to let you know...”
Zizzy: “It’s okay Pony, I already know.”
(Camera proceeds to display Anonymous User, Georgie, and cyborg Mr. P)
Mr. P: “I've become a disaster."
Mr. P: “I tried to make things better... but ended up making them worse."
Anonymous User: "Mr. P! We've come to stop your evil plans!"
Mr. P: "It... can't be..."
Mr. P: "You two... aren't real. My mind is playing tricks on me."
Mr. P: "The people I let down are here to haunt me."
Georgie: "What's he talking about?"
Mr. P: "You two are dead! Leave me be!"

Immediately when a round starts, players will need to find and use all items available. A good way to start is by finding the Blue Key and unlocking the Blue Lock Door to access the upper area near the watchtowers. Then, use whatever items are up there on the lower area of the map (the items can be the Green Key, the Orange Key, and/or the Wrench). If the Wrench is up there, then use it on the Laser Gate at the cafeteria and on the Wrench Panel at the exit (the exit is the power plant). If the Green Key is there use it on the medibay entrance. If the Orange Key is up there, use it on the entrance to the sleeping quarter.
The Red Key is located in the sleeping quarter. After finding it, use it on the planning quarter entrance. The Yellow Key is located in the planning quarter. When found, it should be used on the Yellow Safe, which is inside the medibay. If the medibay is unlocked, then open the Yellow Safe to get the Fire Extinguisher. Use the Fire Extinguisher at the exit and on the upper area near the planning quarter. This will give access to the Gas. Go to the exit and use the Gas on the tank (the Orange Key and the Wrench are also around this area of the map). Once Gas is put into the tank, it will drive forward, breaking down the chained gate.
After this is done, players should look for the Tank Bullet. The Tank Bullet is in the cafeteria, right in the area where the the Laser Gate blocks off. If the Laser Gate has been turned off, players can grab the Bullet and quickly make their way back to the tank. Afterwards, when giving the tank the Bullet, it will turn towards the Cracked Door and fire at it. This will give access to the meeting quarter. The meeting quarter will contain the Blue Keycard. After grabbing the Blue Keycard head back to the exit and use it on Blue Keycard Door. If all steps are followed, then the exit will open, allowing players to escape.
Bot Behavior[]
- Soldiers - The Soldiers will spawn from dirt holes scattered around the map. When this happens, the Soldiers will wander aimlessly around the hole. If a player touches a soldier, they will be killed. Zizzy will run up to any active Soldiers and attack them, causing them to burry themselves underground. Pony can also knock Soldiers (if he makes contact with them) out, but only when he is given a Carrot. They can also be knocked out with the Gun.
- Torcher - Works like a normal Piggy bot would, chasing down the nearest player and has a delayed door opening time.
A good way to deal with Torcher is to find a Carrot on the map and give it to Pony. This will cause Pony to run up to Torcher and stun him for 20 seconds. Another way to deal with Torcher is to use the Gun to shoot him. Be weary as there is only three pieces of Ammo around the map. A way to avoid the soldiers are to stay away from their paths. Soldiers will not actively hunt for players, which only makes them pose a threat when coming into contact to.

- Red Key: In the sleeping quarter, either on the bench closest to the door or on the bench closest to the crawl space.
- Orange Key: On the bench behind the planning room next to the stairs, on the bench next to the exit, or on a bench next to the stairs inside the blue key area.
- Yellow Key: On a bench on the second floor of the red key building.
- Green Key: On a bench on the fenced passageway, on a bench in front of the red key door, in the room next to spawn, or on a bench next to a watchtower.
- Blue Key: On a bench next to the spawn, on a bench near the blue key door, on a bench next to the piggy spawn, or in the cafeteria.
- Purple Key: In the orange key room, in the building that needs to be blown open with the Tank, or next to the yellow safe.
- Blue Keycard: In the room with the cracked door.
- x2 Carrots: On a bench on the fenced passageway, in the room with the cracked door or on the bench next to the exit.
- Gun: In the Purple Safe.
- x3 Ammo: On a bench next to a crawl space in the room next to spawn, on a bench on the second floor of the red key building, next to the purple safe, or on a bench next to the light grey fence.
- Wrench: On a bench on the fenced passageway, on a bench next to the light grey fence, or on a bench in the planning room.
- Fire Extinguisher: In the Yellow Safe.
- Gas: On a bench near the watchtower obstructed by fire.
- Tank Bullet: On a bench in a cafeteria hallway obstructed by lasers.
- Exit Door: At the concrete building in a shape of a cylinder.
- x2 Blue Lock Door: On both ends of the staircase in the gym.
- x2 Green Lock Door: At the medibay, one facing the sleeping quarter, another facing the exit door.
- x2 Orange Lock Door: At the sleeping quarter, one facing the medibay, another facing the stairs leading to the cafeteria.
- Purple Safe: On a bench in the gym.
- x3 Red Lock Door: At the planning quarter, one facing the cafeteria, another facing the wall where Piggy spawns, another on the second floor.
- Yellow Safe: On a bench in the medibay.
- x2 Wrench Panels: One at the exit door, another at the entrance to the kitchen in the cafeteria.
- x2 Fires: One at the exit door, another at the stairs in the fenced passageway, near the planning quarter.
- Cracked Door: At the meeting quarter.
- Chain Gate: At the exit door, blocking the meeting quarter off.
- Tank: In front of the exit door.
- Laser Gate: At the entrance to the kitchen in the cafeteria.
- In the sleeping quarter, next to one of the bunk beds.
- In the planning quarter, under the stairs.
- On the right wall on the area that requires the tank to crash through the fence.
- In the meeting quarter.
- In the kitchen in the cafeteria, on the side of the shelf of food.
- On the bench next to a watchtower in the fenced passageway, near the planning quarter.
Only one blueprint spawns on the map each round, it will be found at one of the listed below locations.
- In the sleeping quarter.
- On the second floor of the planning quarter.
- On the stairs in the fenced passageway.
- Player Spawn: Beside a bench near the entrance to the outpost.
- Piggy Spawn: In a small alleyway outside, beside one of the red lock doors.
- Pony's Spawn: Beside the player spawn.
- Zizzy's Spawn: Beside the player spawn.
- x3 Soldier Spawns: One in front of the orange lock door that faces the medibay, another in front of the green lock door that faces the exit door, another in the elevated area where the cafeteria and the planning quarter are.

Trivia[]
- This is the first chapter where multiple secondary bots spawn in, and overall the fifth chapter to have secondary bots. Unlike previous secondary bots, soldiers spawn out of holes spread across the map and de-spawn when attacked by Zizzy.
- MiniToon said that this chapter would be harder than City, although people ironically found it easier than the aforementioned map.
- On the icon, there are two trash cans next to the medibay that don't actually appear in the map.
- This is the only chapter where giving an item (in this case, a carrot) to Pony isn’t obligatory to complete it.
- The tank in the map is based off the M1 Abrams.
- Coincidentally, both this chapter and Chapter 11 of Book 2 are based off of a military settlement.
- This is the second chapter to show a sneak peak of the next chapter, with the first being School, the third being Sewers, the fourth being Port, and the fifth being Camp.
- A ghost of Bunny can be seen watching the player from one of the watchtowers.
- It was possibly meant to foreshadow the memory of Bunny appearing in Plant's second phase.
- MiniToon said that he made a 3D layout for Outpost and IK3As decorated it.[1]
- 37.7M people own the "Completed Outpost" badge as of March 20th, 2025.
- It is unknown how the tank got in it's position when the path was blocked by a medbay, the tank position is also questionable. Blocking the Plant entrance and it required the tank to crash into the gate accessing the empty space (to prove that the tank was originally positioned there) but it is presumably for game purposes.
- It is unknown how the soldier holes were formed. It could be made in a hurry or used for cover, but it's most likely for game purposes.
- If you have "Mask of Ghoulish Despair" equiped on your skin, you can actually scare the soldiers and cause them to stop moving.
