Percy, internally known as "Pelican", is a hostile NPC in PIG 64, and an extra skin in Piggy. He was released along with Nor, Sterling and Boris as part of the PIG 64 skin reward lineup update. In PIG 64, he is the bot that patrols the Pier after the Ancient Key has been fixed, and he will attack players who are spotted by him. He was obtained as a skin in Piggy, via collecting the Alpha Key from the PIG 64 x Tower Heroes collaboration as part of The Case.
Appearance[]
Percy is a dirty white pelican with a thick, orange beak on his face, crooked and edgy to vaguely resemble the shape of a smile. He wears a round, brown fisherman hat with a flat top with a dark brown band just above the brim and a black, rectangular buckle on the front of the band. His body is entangled in brown fishing lines, most prominent around his thin neck. He wears a faded blue top with short sleeves and brown overalls. He wears slightly darker brown boots with three laces visible on the leg. His head and arms are jagged to resemble feathers.
In PIG 64, His left eye is a two-dimensional image of a googly eye unnaturally in place of a natural eye, while his right eye is completely missing. However, as a skin in Piggy, this missing right eye is substituted by a standard black infected eye with a deep glowing blue pupil.
Animations[]
Idle[]
Leans forward with left arm drooping down in front while right arm is held higher beside body. Head faces forward and downwards. Rocks to the sides while body subtly glitches.
Walking[]
Brings body forward and loosely sways arms as he makes long strides. Left eye periodically spins.
Jumpscare[]
Reaches arms forward to grab the victim, the left then the right shortly after, before winding his head back to strike down with a heavy peck.
Stunned[]
Stands higher, slightly leaning back with top mandible of beak unnaturally clipping inside his head.

Tower Heroes Section[]

Percy is unlocked with the Alpha Key, which is obtained from Tower Heroes:
You needed to host a solo match of Corporate Chaos. To trigger the first part, you needed to find a billboard that said, "Your advertisement could be right here!" Go behind it and you would find a code at the bottom right corner, powered by NETIKZ. Memorize the code and then find a yellow building; it was in the corner. You were be able to use the windows as a keypad. Enter in the 8 digit code you got from the billboard into the building. A billboard told you the numbers you had put in. If you entered your code incorrectly, No one will answer, but if you put it in correctly, "Unknown" would be speaking, and a dialogue would start playing. After that, a Pig enemy spawned, and you were given 100,000 Mana to use your heroes to defeat the pig. (If you didn't manage to defeat the Pig and it enters into the tower, you didnt take any damage, as it would just loop back around.) One the Pig was defeated, the map would turn black and purple and NETIKZ pop-ups would appear on the screen, teleporting you back to the main menu. You would then have unlocked the Pig enemy to equip. You would equip the Pig and host a solo match of Facility Frenzy. (You needed to morph into it using the button next to the equip) You needed to find the correct vending machine and dive into it, causing the vending machine's screen to glitch and give you a keycard, which you could use to access a levered door in the railing areas. You would go through a hallway and then do an obby. At the top of the obby, there would be a NETIKZ Floppy Disc to claim. One you got it, you would be teleported back to the main menu. You needed to equip your NETIKZ Floppy Disc into your inventory, find the fanart section, and then hold the disc out near the fanart page, this caused the section to be changed into a NETIKZ video game for you to play. You were teleported into a match with 25 waves, and your heroes were Piggy, Soda Pop, Fracture, AJ Alpaca, and Balloon Pal. Once the final wave was completed, you were be given the Alpha Key for Pig 64 and the Percy skin for Piggy. (Note: In order for Piggy to give you the Percy skin, you needed to join Pig 64 and get the "ALPHA." badge which gave you Percy.
Trivia[]
- He is the eighth avian skin in the game, the others being Budgey, Crove, Owell, Primrose, Phenna, Sam and Vulture.
- Coincidentally, he alongside Sam and Vulture are the only male avian skins in the game. Furthermore, they were all modelled by Russell0207 and have their theme composed by KaiuDex.
- Strangely enough, his jumpscare camera is more zoomed in compared to his bot counterpart in Pig 64. This also applies to Boris and Sterling.
- His soundtrack as a skin can be heard at the Pier (which Percy inhabits in) in Pig 64 after fixing the broken key. Additionally, said soundtrack is a slowed down and darker remix of “deep sea lullaby” composed by KaiuDex which plays at the Pier in nighttime prior to fixing the broken key.
- His jumpscare camera is currently bugged in Build Mode.
- He shares his jumpscare, footsteps and hit sound with Boris and Sterling, and his footsteps with Sam’s bot version.
- Interestingly, he has an uninfected left eye.
- Percy’s design is changed slightly from his PIG 64 counterpart. In PIG 64, his right eye has no pupil. His Piggy counterpart however has a blue pupil in his right eye. Sterling shares a similar trait.
- After an unrecorded shadow update, Percy jumpscare camera was updated to be more zoomed out in comparison to the original jumpscare. This makes him one of two skins to have their jumpscare camera updated, the other being The Malevolent.
- Percy, Boris, and Sterling all share the title of sixth, seventh, and eighth skins to get virtual reality support. The other skins are Mr. P, Silzous, Fergus, Meisery, Decaying Infected, Teacher (Alternate), Sheepy (Twilight), and Bunny (Twilight). He, along with the other PIG 64 skins, have their head backwards in VR.
- Just like the other two PIG 64 patrol bots, Percy is capable of performing jumps and/or rolls, whether he is chasing a player, or patrolling norm
- If you use this skin in build mode, your chat bubble won't appear.
- This also applies to Boris and Sterling.
