The Purple Safe is a safe in Piggy and it requires the Purple Key to unlock it. It usually holds the Gun inside it, though, it also usually holds a progression item in Book 2.
Usage[]
This is a safe obstacle that requires the purple key to open the item inside. It can hold various objects like the blowtorch in The Safe Place - Chapter 4. You can also now use this in Build Mode and put things inside it by clicking on the white cog wheel above it.

House - Chapter 1[]
- Location: In the backyard of the House in the far corner from the entrance/exit of it. It will be near the long vent and wooden bench. it contains a Gun to shoot Piggy.
- Requires: Hammer.

Station - Chapter 2[]
- Location: It is found at the bench at the first floor where you can get up there by the staircase that is blocked off by lasers. It contains a Gun to shoot Mother.
- Requires: Wrench.
- Contains: Gun.
Gallery - Chapter 3[]
- Location: It can be found at the top floor of the Gallery on a bench near the vent that goes down. It contains a bone to give to Doggy to stun Father.
- Requires: Hammer.
- Contains: Bone.
Forest - Chapter 4[]
- Location: It can be found in one of the log cabins near the cave with two benches in front of it next to a bench. It contains a Gun to shoot Sheepy or Doggy.

- Location: In the Cafeteria and contains the Carrot to give to Bunny to stun Teacher.
- Requires: Orange Key.

- Location: In the Orange Key Room and contains the Carrot to shoot Zompiggy.

- Location: Usually hidden in the Orange Key Room and contains the White Key to unlock the exit.

The Safe Place - Chapter 4[]
- Location: Inside of Mimi's room on the same floor as Pony and the blue key room. It is right next to her and has a Blowtorch to give her.
- Requires: Fire Extinguisher, Screwdriver, Ladder.

Sewers - Chapter 5[]
- Location: Right next to the player spawn. It holds the Red Key to unlock the exit room.
- Requires: None.
- Contains: Red Key.
Factory - Chapter 6[]
- Location: Inside of the blue key room where Baren is stuck. It's on a bench near some stairs. It holds a Screwdriver to rescue Filip.
- Requires: Blue Key, Red Key.
- Contains: Screwdriver.
Port - Chapter 7[]
- Location: Behind the red building. It holds the Plank to cross over to the blue building.
- Requires: None.
- Contains: Plank.
Ship - Chapter 8[]
- Location: To the left where Piggy spawns. It holds a Screwdriver to drain the water at the bottom of the ship.

- Contains: Screwdriver.
Docks - Chapter 9[]
- Location: Upstairs at the spawn. It holds the Blue Key to unlock the exit room.
- Requires: None.
- Contains: Blue Key.
Temple - Chapter 10[]
- Location: In the Swinging Axe room, behind the Plank gap. It holds the White Key to unlock the exit.
- Requires: Shovel, Plank, Candle.
- Contains: White Key.
Camp - Chapter 11[]
- Location: In the Medical Tent. It holds the Dynamite to unlock part of the exit.

- Location: In the middle room of the 9 glass rooms on the lower floor.

- Location: In the second floor of the barn.

- Location: In the backstage where Sabrina can access. It holds the gun.
- Requires: Show Ticket.
- Contains: Gun.
RB Battles Spaceship[]
- The colors of the safes change each round. This safe appears in the Launch Area (Phase 1) of this map. There are three possible locations:
- In the area with the large, colorful boxes. Once you enter, turn to the left, and it could be there.
- In the small alleyway to the right of the storage shed’s front entrance.
- In front of the truck closest to the colorful boxes, in between it and 4 ATM machines.
- Requires: Purple Key.
- Contains: Purple Wire.
Trivia[]
- In Book 1, every Purple Safe contains items used for defense, usually it's the gun, except in Metro, where it's carrots.
- The Purple Safe, along with other variants of them was added to Build Mode on June 12th, 2021.
- The Purple Safe appears in nearly every chapter, along with its counterpart, the Yellow Safe.
- Thus, the Purple Key and the Yellow Key, which are used to unlock them, also appear also do so.
- Winter Holiday, Breakout, Mansion, Metallica x Piggy Event, Time, and Decay are the only chapters where none of them are included.
- The purple safe in Distorted Holiday has a different appearance, which the design looks similar to the model that is used in chapters 4 and 5 of the fangame Piggy: Branched Realities.
- This makes sense since some of the developers of Piggy: BR have worked on Distorted Holiday.
