The Puzzle Pieces are items that appear in Plant - Chapter 12 for the Mrs. P skin (Bittersweet) quest after the Heart Key been used on the Heart Closet and the Heart Box have been escaped with. The frame also appears in the Hammer room (with no puzzle pieces in it yet).
Overview[]
Each of the pieces contains part of an image of Mrs. P. When all 9 puzzle pieces have been collected, it unlocks a secret room in the hammer room, which leads to a cave.

There are nine different pieces to collect, the locations are as follows:
