The Screwdriver Door appears in multiple chapters. It requires the Screwdriver to open it.
It has two alternate forms, the Screwdriver Bolt , appears in Alleys - Chapter 1, Refinery - Chapter 3, The Safe Place - Chapter 4, Sewers - Chapter 5, Ship - Chapter 8, and the Screwdriver Box appears in Factory - Chapter 6.

The Screwdriver door is a metal door with a bolt to the side of the door.

The Bolt has a square panel stuck to a door with a bolt inside.
Box[]
The Screwdriver Box is a rectangular large box with a lock that has a bolt inside.
