Shovel is an item in Piggy, as item and a weapon in Piggy: Hunt, and as a weapon in Piggy: Intercity (DEMO). In the main game, it appeared for the first time in Winter Holiday and reappeared in Factory - Chapter 6, Port - Chapter 7, Temple - Chapter 10, Camp - Chapter 11, Decay, Distorted Holiday and Build Mode. An alternate model for the item is used as Kitty (and her skin's) weapon.

Intercity Overview[]
The shovel is the third most damaging weapon in the game behind the Pickaxe and Axe with a notably shorter cooldown between swings. However, the main weakness of the shovel is its very low stun time. With Intercity’s dependence on stun locking, the shovel can prove worse than it seems as you’re usually open to a counterattack after hitting someone, even by unarmed infected. In combination with other weapons, the shovel serves as a good finisher tool rather than a general combat tool, though even here it isn’t the best as it can’t be used with any other melee weapon to two-shot an unarmed infected. The shovel is overall a high damaging and fast weapon brought down by its abysmal stun time.
Trivia[]
- The shovel has the shortest stun time of all the melee weapons in Piggy: Intercity (DEMO).
- The origin model of the item in Piggy: Intercity can be found here in the Roblox Meshes Library.
- Ironically, the Player uses the shovel to save Kitty, while Kitty uses a shovel as a weapon.
- However, it should be noted that shovel that the Player uses and the shovel Kitty uses as a weapon are completely different models.
