Sterling, internally known as "Sewer", is a hostile NPC in PIG 64, and an extra skin in Piggy. He was released along with Nor, Percy and Boris as part of the PIG 64 skin reward lineup update. In PIG 64, they are the bot that patrols the Sewers after fixing the Broken Key, and will attack players who are spotted by them. They were obtainable as a skin in Piggy, via collecting the Beta Key from the PIG 64 x Flee The Facility collaboration as part of The Case.
Appearance[]
Sterling is a large, green squid with a wide, oval-shaped head. He has dark green spots on his face and his whole head is entangled in dark green kelp. It streams across his forehead with some leaves sprouting out wildly, somewhat resembling protruding horns. On the lower half of his head, the kelp forms a spiky mustache and beard. He wears a dark gray scarf obscured by his beard from the front. He wears a gray shirt with black rolled up sleeves over his large body with a slightly extended gut. His arms are thick, curved tentacles with more kelp sprouting off of them. He wears dark green, baggy overalls and has boots of the same color.
In PIG 64, his left eye is covered by a black eyepatch, while his right eye is completely missing. However, as a skin in Piggy, this missing right eye is substituted by a standard black infected eye with a red pupil. He also emits a red glow as an NPC.

Idle[]
Stands upright with head tilted to his right. Right arm is held at chest level while left arm hangs down.
Walking[]
Shambles forward, with right arm still around his chest while left arm sways naturally.
Jumpscare[]
Walks forward to swoop left arm into the victim, knocking it over, then lifts both hands over his head before smashing them down, finishing the victim.
Stun[]
Red eye darkens and Sterling slightly faces down with entire body wildly vibrating.

Note: this skin is no longer obtainable due to the Cross Examination event being over.
PIG 64 Section[]
Unlock the Warehouse location inside of PIG 64.
Flee the Facility Section[]

Sterling is unlocked with the Beta Key, which is obtained in Flee the Facility.
Join Flee the Facility and choose the Library map. Find 8 plastic books with numbers and make sure to write down the numbers and colors. Then, choose the Nuclear Power Plant map and find an exit door with a keypad with a red "X". Enter the code in the keypad in this order: Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange, Yellow, Pink, Cyan. If it triggers a ding sound, then it's correct. Proceed to then find a room with a pool and go through the hidden cracked door, then grab the coin inside. Choose the Arcade map and find a purple "Out of order!" machine and insert the coin by clicking the coin slot. You should be able to move the joystick. Move it in this order: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right. (NOTE: You will have to switch between different positions and camera angles to change directions on the joystick properly) Lastly, press the buttons on the left in this order: Right, Left. You'll be teleported into a maze minigame that requires you to hack all 4 computers scattered across the maze while you avoid various floating pig heads and find an exit, which will award you the Beta Key.
Trivia[]
- Sterling is currently the rarest badge skin in Piggy, with his badge only being obtained 153,905 times according to the PIG 64 x Flee the Facility badge.
- If you use this skin in Build Mode, your bubble chat won't appear.
- He is the third skin in the game with tentacles as arms, the first being Parasee and the second being Kraxicorde.
- He is the fourth skin to have facial hair, the first being Mr. P, the second being Meisery, and the third being Krampiggy.
- Sterling’s design changed slightly from his PIG 64 counterpart. In PIG 64, his right eye has no pupil. His Piggy counterpart however has a red pupil in his right eye. Percy shares a similar trait.
- Similar to Glenn and Kona (Mad Scientist), parts of his theme references other soundtracks that were composed by KaiuDex, those being “let the tears flows” and “netikz”, both of which plays as the Flooded City and Netikz Building soundtrack for Pig 64 respectively.
- There is a bug in Build Mode where if you try to swim in water with this skin, he’ll fling out of the map. This also happens with Sheepy, Sheepy (Scientist), Pandy, Kitty, Frostiggy, and Boris.
- He is the second skin to wear an eyepatch, the others being Ghosty and Bunny (Twilight) (Twilight form only).
- When zooming into his eyepatch, you’ll see he doesn’t have a left eye. This also applies to Ghosty.
- He shares his jumpscare, footsteps and hit sound with Boris and Percy.
- Unlike Percy and Boris, Sterling’s skin soundtrack is nowhere to be heard anywhere in Pig 64.
- His jumpscare camera is more zoomed in compared to his bot counterpart in PIG 64. This also applies to Boris and Percy.
- During his jumpscare, his legs become slightly larger than usual. Additionally, his right foot disconnects from his body. This may have been done to have him properly shown in his jumpscare camera.
- Sterling, Boris, and Percy all share the title of sixth, seventh, and eighth skin to get virtual reality support. Mr. P is the first skin to have virtual reality support. The other skins are Silzous, Fergus, Meisery, Decaying Infected, Teacher (Decayed), Sheepy (Twilight), and Bunny (Twilight). Him along with Boris and Percy have their head backwards in VR.
- Just like the other two PIG 64 patrol bots, Sterling is capable of performing jumps and/or rolls, whether he is chasing a player, or patrolling normally.
- Due to his name, he is often subjected to jokes from the community where he is compared to IDKSterling, a social media personality who often talks about scary stories of real life or mythology.
