"That's a story for another time. We need to go save Zizzy before we're too late."
― Pony
Store is the second chapter of Piggy: Book 2 and the 14th chapter in Piggy overall. It was released on September 26, 2020 at 1:58 pm EST. Hence its name, the map takes place at a store next to the Metro. Dessa is the canonical bot for this map. Similarly to City and Mall, Zizzy is a friendly NPC of this map and will stun Piggy for 20 seconds if given grass, though you will also need to give her two batteries to escape the map. The skins added along with this chapter are Dessa and Pandy (Uniform).
Appearance
The Store seems to take on the appearance of an underground-styled store. It has a mini café shop, a main shopping place, several small stores, a parking lot with the Metro from Book 1, and a cargo bay area.
Storyline
It starts with the Player, Zizzy, and Pony in a store searching for batteries. While being there, they encounter Dessa. After the trio make it out, they go back to the safe place with the batteries. When they come back, Mimi and Giraffy are standing next to the radio. While both are happy to see you back, Giraffy is displeased by the fact that he lost a bet he had with Mimi, and that he will have to cook for the rest of the week. Mimi uses the batteries to restore the radio mentioned in the previous chapter. It eventually works and someone starts to talk, claiming to be called Settlement Six. They say that are looking for any communities to trade with and request to meet up. They tell the safe place members to meet them at Old Oak, but then they lose the signal.
Mimi is delighted, wanting to meet them, but Pony is reluctant. Giraffy starts to doubt Pony, asking if he's joking. Pony replies that he is being serious about this and won't go. Zizzy agrees with Pony but still wants to meet up. Pony is surprised and tries to convince Zizzy out of it. Zizzy reassures Pony by saying: "Pony, we know how to handle ourselves out there. If we get into trouble, we know how to get out of it". The Player agrees with Zizzy, remembering when Zizzy and Pony fought the whole army of infected soldiers in the Outpost. Pony hesitates, but then gives in, still not trusting the Settlement. Zizzy asks who is staying. Giraffy says that he will need to stay, so that he can harvest as much food as he can before the winter comes. Mimi stays also, so she can continue to fix the radio. It ends up with you, Zizzy, and Pony again to meet the mysterious group.
When the screen lights up, the trio is in the forest. Pony asks if it's the right place since no one is around. Willow then appears along with Tigry, Pandy, Kitty, and Baren, surrounding you. Willow walks up to Pony, revealing that he was an ex-member, saying "It's a shame that you left us". From what Willow reveals is that Pony was a good friend friend of hers, but adds that he is nothing to her now. Willow then turns to the Player, accusing them of taking her family away from her. Willow says that the Player must have felt good for themselves, ripping her away from the ones she cared about. She then walks over to Zizzy, questioning about who she is, saying that she had certainly never seen her before. Zizzy snaps back, stating that she knows everything about Willow and her "sick" crew. Willow states that Pony must of told a lot of about them. Willow adds that it was one of Pony's many flaws, saying that he could never keep his mouth shut.
Willow then wonders what to do, then comes up with an idea. She orders her gang to take Zizzy and leave the rest "to rot". Pony starts to run to Zizzy, shouting to Willow to leave her alone, but Willow whips out her revolver, telling him that she doesn't want to hurt anyone. She tells Pony that they're only taking Zizzy for questioning. Zizzy promises to Pony that she will stay safe and will come back. Willow points out that Zizzy understands and starts to flee.
Pony is frozen to the spot as they take Zizzy with them. Pony reveals to the Player that they are called The Silver Paw, also known as T.S.P. Pony admits that when the infection broke out, he needed to find a group, so he joined them. Pony says that they did awful things but he was too scared to leave. The Player asks Pony what made him leave them, which Pony refuses to tell, saying that it is a story for another time and changes the subject, stating that they need to save Zizzy before it's too late. The Player suggests Pony to tell the others what happened, but Pony says that there is no time and that he needs the Player now. The Player then joins Pony and the two follow them as the screen fades to black.
Transcript
Zizzy: Remember, we’re going for batteries and getting out of here!
Pony: Fine, but if I find any carrots, I’m taking them!
Pony: ...The carrots here wouldn’t have expired by now, right?
(After the blue lock door is unlocked Pony goes to the bookshelves)
(When you meet Pony near the bookshelves)
Pony: Hmmm.. I could move this shelf out of the way if I had some energy!
(You give Pony a carrot and he moves the shelf out of the way)
(After you give the batteries to Zizzy)
Zizzy: We have the batteries, now let’s get to the exit!
(Pony goes back to the garage)
(When walking near the red container)
???: Pssst, I'm in here, the red container! If you give me some food, I'll give you some weird looking book!
(After you cut a hole in the container with the Scissors)
???: Hey, smart thinking! Just don't make the hole any bigger, or else they might get in!
(After you give the Grass to the hole)
???: Eww, grass? well... at least it's something to eat. Thanks! Here's your book, as promised. Wait, Where'd it go?
Mimi: Aha, look who’s back! I told you they’d be back before noon, Giraffy!
Giraffy: A deal’s a deal. Great, now I have to cook for the rest of the week...
Anonymous User: We’ve got the batteries! Is the radio ready?
Mimi: It sure is! Let’s get this thing working!
Mimi: Here goes nothing... Hello? Can anyone hear me?
Giraffy: Are you sure it’s working?
??? (Radio): ... Greetings, we can hear you. This is Settlement Six Speaking. Who is this?
Mimi: Oh! This is the Safe Place! How can I help?
??? (Radio): ... We are looking for communities to trade with. We’d like to meet up.
Mimi: Where should we go to find you?
??? (Radio): ... Meet us at the old Oak.
Giraffy: It looks like we lost their signal.
Mimi: We should meet them. We’ve been living together for months without seeing another survivor.
Pony: I don’t think this is a good idea. We don’t know anything about them...
Giraffy: Is this another one of your jokes, Pony?
Pony: No, Giraffy, I mean it. We have no idea who those people are, and I don’t have any reason to trust them.
Zizzy: I agree. I don’t think we should trust them. But, I still think we should check it out.
Pony: What?! You can’t go, Zizzy. We don’t know who this people are.
Zizzy: Pony, we know how to handle ourselves out there. If we get into trouble, we know how to get out of it.
Anonymous User: Zizzy has a point. After all, you two fought an army of infected all by yourselves at the plant.
Pony: I suppose so... I don’t feel right about this, but I guess we should try anyways.
Zizzy: Then it’s time to see some new faces! Who is staying?
Giraffy: I need to stay. I need to harvest as much as I can before the winter comes.
Mimi: I’m going to try and see if I can learn more about this radio.
Zizzy: Then it looks like it’s us three once more!
Anonymous User: Let’s go meet some survivors!
(Anonymous User, Pony and Zizzy are near the Oak tree)
Pony: Are you sure this is the place? We haven’t seen anyone.
???: Well, well, well... Look at these familiar faces!
Pony: Oh no.
Willow: Pony, the ex-member. It’s a shame you left us.
Willow: You were a very good friend. It’s too bad you are nothing to me now.
Willow: Anonymous User, the officer who took me away from my family.
Willow: Must’ve felt good to rip me away from the ones I cared about, right?
Willow: And who might you be? You are certainly someone I’ve never seen before.
Zizzy: You may not know me, but I know everything you and your sick crew.
Willow: Is that so? I suppose Pony told you a lot about us, didn’t he, sweetheart?
Willow: That was one of his many flaws, heh. He could never keep his mouth shut.
Willow: Hmm, what to do, what to do...?
Willow: Ooh, I know! Take the zebra with us. Leave the two to rot.
Pony: No, leave her alone!
(Willow takes out her gun)
Willow: Woah, woah, woah! Hold your horses! I don’t want to hurt anyone.
Willow: I’m just taking her for questioning, that’s all.
Zizzy: It’s okay, Pony. I’ll stay safe and come back, I promise.
Willow: See? She understands! Now let’s get out of here.
(They take Zizzy with them.)
Pony: ... They are the Silver Paw. When the infection broke out, I needed to find a group.
Pony: Unfortunately, I was stuck with them. They did awful things, but I was too scared to leave.
Anonymous User: What made you leave them?
Pony: That’s a story for another time. We need to go save Zizzy before we’re too late.
Anonymous User: Shouldn’t we tell the others?
Pony: There’s no time, Anonymous User. I need you now. I can’t do this alone.
Anonymous User: Alright, let’s follow them.

Notes
- On the red and purple box after using the ladder - Why are we being abandoned?! We need them most, and NOW they leave?!
- On a Shelf - Looks like others have taken the supplies here before us. Better luck next time I guess.
- On a shelf in the Phone Aisle - I don't feel very well about that Tiger. I haven't heard him speak once when he's here.
- Under the yellow car in the garage - Heard something going on up north with the military. I wonder why'd they move their bases to colder places.

Events
Spooky Hunt 2020
Note: This no longer works as the event is now over.
This can be done on any mode in Store and requires no other objectives in maps. Play the game as normal, though don't use any grass and you won't need to use the scissors. Once you unlock the ladder and place it, grab the scissors and cut a hole in the dark red crate on the upper part of the crate area. Grab some grass and use it right where you cut the crate. Once done, you'll need to find a book. Once found it, you get the Owell skin. Each step triggers dialogue from Owell.
RB Battles Season 2
Note: This no longer works as the event is now over.
You will need to do the first steps in the Alleys to trigger the steps in the Store.
Select Store on the Infection gamemode. In the Green Key room, in the top left corner, there will be a glass bottle in the corner. Click on it. Behind the parking lot, and behind a pillar next to a green car will be a purple teddy bear. Click it as well. Finally, in the red room, under one of the chairs, there will be a toy remote. Click it, and run past each of the metal shelves in the Store. The items will appear on one of the shelves each. Once this is all done, a crack will appear on a wall in the lower cargo room. Bring the blue, green, and purple keys to the crack, and it will open. Inside, you will see a purple sword on a platform. Walk up to it, and you now have Sabrina’s Sword of Healing as an avatar item, and the ??? Badge.
Trivia
- When the characters got redesigned in this map, Pony kept his yellow shirt and Zizzy, Zee, Zuzy, and Pony all kept their old nose color.
- Dessa spawns near the Metro entry place.
- During the ending cutscene, you can see Zee hiding around the corner, listening in as Mimi plays the radio.
- She later takes notes about this event in her diary, which can be found in The Safe Place.
- This is the first chapter in Book 2 that continues from Plant as opposed to taking place in the past.
- This is the first Book 2 map with an infected bot.
- This is the first chapter where Giraffy speaks.
- This is the first Book 2 map built by IK3As.
- Before the Player, Zizzy, and Pony are back from the store, Mimi and Giraffy made a deal that if the Player, Zizzy, and Pony didn't get back to The Safe Place before noon, Giraffy will cook for a week. Mimi won in this bet.
- MiniToon claimed that Store's ending cutscene is longer than the Plant ending cutscene.
- This is the first map with an NPC that can be interacted with two items at once.
- The location of the spawn is right next to the exit, just like Metro, Winter Holiday, Port, Heist, and Mansion.
- The note that says: 'Heard something going on up north with the military. I wonder why'd they move their bases to colder places.', is probably a foreshadow for Outpost Echo making the cure.
- This is the third map where you could obtain a skin (Owell and Bess), with the others being House (Gold Piggy), Forest (Mr. Stitchy), Mall (Poley), Plant (Mr. P and Sentinel), Alleys (Bess), Refinery (Primrose and Bess), The Safe Place (Bess), Winter Holiday (Frostiggy), Sewers (Bess), Factory (Bess), Temple (Phenna), Camp (Laura), Lab (Willow, Piggy (Distorted), and ???), Breakout (Ombra), and Mansion (Duocara and Bela).
- This map contains Sabrina's Sword for the RB Battles, but steps are needed to reach it.
- Even after the redesign update, most NPCs in this chapter still have their old designs.
- Currently, as of March 16, 2021, Store holds the record for being the most beaten Book 2 map, having over 7,000,000 players who obtained the "Completed Store" badge.
- This may be because some players find this chapter to be the "easiest Book 2 chapter".
- This is because, if you get lucky with item spawn locations, you can unlock most of the map before Piggy even spawns.
- This is the first book 2 map in which speedrunners were able to escape before the Piggy spawned, the second being Winter Holiday.
- You can see a door linking Store to the Metro in the parking lot.
- In this chapter, it is revealed that Metro is called "Metro Station 7", which is a reference to the chapter's number.
- This is the first and only map in Piggy: Book 2 to feature a soundtrack not made by BSlick, in this case Suspense, an APM Music track that appears in the beginning cutscene and part of the ending cutscene.
- There is a glitch where the dialogue in the ending cutscene doesn't appear until Mimi starts talking with The Silver Paw on the radio.
- According to MiniToon, IK3As built Store in just 3 days.
