The storyline of Piggy is shown on this page.
Piggy: Book 1[]
House - Chapter 1[]
You are a police officer who is looking for a missing child named Georgie Piggy. The chapter starts with you exiting your car, ready to enter the house of the Piggy family, the place where Georgie was last seen, but then you hear something before you are hit on the head by Penny Piggy, who kidnaps and locks you inside the house. When you regain your consciousness in the bed of the kids' room, you try to get out, but Penny wakes up shortly after and chases you around. Fortunately, you manage to escape and decide to go to the Station to get help.
Station - Chapter 2[]
You arrive to the Station and ask if there is anyone in there when all of a sudden, a voice is heard through a loudspeaker. Doggy, your friend and co-worker, tells you that there is a monster in the station and that you should evacuate to the garage. As you explore the station, you encounter Georgie and Penny's mother, who starts chasing you around. Despite this, you manage to open the barricaded door from the garage and find Doggy waiting for you in a car, who asks you to bring him some gas to fuel the car. You give it to him and you two drive off from the station and then start chatting a little, with Doggy concluding that you two need to get to the bottom of this situation. The chapter ends with Doggy abruptly asking you how much gas was in the gas canister you brought.
Gallery - Chapter 3[]
Soon, the car runs out of gas in the middle of the city, whereupon Georgie and Penny's parents (Mother and Father) and Sheepy surround the car. You and Doggy run into the Gallery for shelter and seal the building, only to soon realize that Father entered as well. After escaping the Gallery, you and Doggy have a little chat about your personality, and how you shouldn't let this situation make you forget who you are, and then you two travel into the forest.
Forest - Chapter 4[]
You and Doggy survive in the forest for a few weeks by taking supplies from small towns. Four weeks after the events of Chapter 3, you recall that the monsters you saw (Piggy, Mother, Father, and Sheepy) were your friends. Not bothering to answer your question, Doggy tells you to get some sleep. All of a sudden, you are awakened by a bark and the sound of glass shattering. Doggy is nowhere to be seen, and there's an empty bottle near the fireplace. While looking around, you find out that Doggy is infected, so he'll kill you with an axe if you get too close. Moreover, Sheepy followed you and Doggy to the Forest and is now out for you. After escaping the Forest, you find a walkie-talkie. All of a sudden, someone from the other line says: “Hello? Is anyone out there?”.
School - Chapter 5[]
The person from the other side is Mr. P, a billionaire and a celebrity, who asks you to save his friend from the school and meet him in the sewers afterwards. The infected Teacher is the one who is chasing you in this chapter. When you open a surveillance room with a book, Mr. P's friend is revealed to be Bunny, who barricaded herself inside the room after a failed supply run. When you and Bunny finally make it to the sewers, you meet Mr. P, but you also fall unconscious. You later wake up briefly to see that you are being taken to the hospital on a stretcher, with Bunny assuring you that you'll be fine. You also briefly see a hallucination of Doggy.
Hospital - Chapter 6[]
You wake up in the hospital and Bunny tells you that Mr. P is waiting for you on the roof, implying that Mr. P is going to help you and Bunny escape with his helicopter. It turns out that the hospital was raided by the infected, and they took their toll, as Bunny was attacked (which you're unaware of) and a doctor named Beary turned infected. When you finally reach the rooftop, you and Bunny discover that Mr. P left without you, and you decide to go through the metro instead. Before you do, you notice that Bunny is still standing without doing anything and ask her if she's coming. She replies with: “Yeah. Coming.” and it's shown that she was looking at a note written by Mr. P which says: "I have to do this for our own good.".
Metro - Chapter 7[]
You and Bunny arrive at the metro. Shortly after, Bunny says that she doesn't feel too well, leaving her crossbow for you so you can use it to defend yourself from the infected. Your main goal of this chapter is to get the train working again while being chased around by Zompiggy. At the end of the chapter, Bunny reveals to you that she drank the potion that Mr. P gave her and that she will soon turn infected. You have no choice but to leave Bunny behind, as she is turning infected. After you leave, Bunny is left to fight off the infected by herself.
Carnival - Chapter 8[]
You enter the Carnival in search for Mr. P. In this chapter, you get chased by an infected named Clowny and are forced to open the cage with an infected named Foxy inside. At the end, instead of Mr. P, you find two survivors: Pony and Zizzy, who were on a supply run. Pony assumes that you are infected, but Zizzy tells him that 'the infected don't talk.' As you chat with the two new survivors, Foxy sneaks up behind you, but Pony steps in and hits him with his wooden sword. They then take you to their 'safe place'.
City - Chapter 9[]
You must pass through the City to get to their safe place. While you try to open the gate to the safe house, you are chased by two infected: Georgie and Penny's grandmother and Elly. When you finally manage to fix the gate and escape, you start chatting with Zizzy and Pony about what your lives were like before the infection. While talking, you spot a mysterious figure watching you from behind a dumpster, but it runs away when you and the others notice it. You and Zizzy go to check it out, but Pony stays behind at the safe place, leaving the story on a cliffhanger.
Mall - Chapter 10[]
You and Zizzy realize that the person watching the group is hiding in a mall. In this chapter, you are chased by a mall security protocol droid which is programmed to protect the mall against intruders and the infected. There's also an infected named Mousy crawling around the vents. When you open the door the person who was watching you is hiding in, you find out that they were Georgie, who is still alive, hiding from the infected. After his family turned infected, he ran off to the city to find his grandmother, only to realize that the people city were also infected. You and Zizzy take him to the safe place, where you meet Mimi, Giraffy, and Zizzy's younger sisters: Zee and Zuzy, who say you look funny. The meeting was interrupted as Mimi tracked down a helicopter signal at the nearby military outpost, which Pony informs you of. You immediately realize that this is Mr. P's helicopter. You, Pony, and Zizzy set out to find Mr. P, while Georgie Piggy is watched by Zee and Zuzy.
Outpost - Chapter 11[]
You, Zizzy, and Pony arrive at the outpost. The outpost is infested with infected soldiers and you get chased by Torcher, who is also presumably infected. At the end, you get ready to go into the power plant, but you find out Georgie followed you after tricking Zee and Zuzy into playing a game of hide and seek with him. He wanted to confront Mr. P, who's responsible for his family turning infected. He also unintentionally attracted many infected soldiers. Pony and Zizzy stay behind to fight the infected soldiers. You and Georgie go into the plant and find Mr. P, who is now a cyborg. He passes you both off as 'the people he has let down in the past coming back to haunt him', and then runs away. You and Georgie follow Mr. P for a final confrontation.
Distorted Memory[]
This chapter takes place some time before the events of Chapter 10, where you play as Georgie. Georgie wakes up from a nightmare and asks his sister Penny if she is awake. He gets no response, so he calls her name again, but gets no response again and wonders where she went. After escaping the distorted version of his home while being chased by Memory, Georgie finds Penny in the front yard, facing away from him. He asks if she is okay, but she walks away into the dark mist. Georgie tries to stop her, but to no avail. Georgie then says he doesn't feel well and falls to the ground and utters: "No... not now...!" as his eyes become black with red, glowing pupils. Suddenly, Georgie wakes up in the mall, and it turns out it was all a dream.
Plant - Chapter 12[]
You and Georgie follow Mr. P, who abruptly stops and says that he just wanted to be left alone, but the memories of his past still haunt him. He says that you were just as stubborn as him when he tried to save his wife, but that this time, he will stop you just like he should've stopped himself. He then loads his plasma gun. In this chapter, you are chased by Mr. P and an infected researcher named Badgy. While trying to get Mr. P's attention, you start suffering from unwanted thoughts. You cycle through your memories in an attempt to find something to get Mr. P to stop, where you are also attacked by the memories of Doggy and Bunny. You find a photo of Mr. P's wife and show it to him. Mr. P finally gives in, admitting that he was wrong and that he regrets what he had caused. Georgie wants to hurt him for infecting his family, but you step in and dissuade him from doing so, saying that if he hurts Mr. P, he is no better than him. You also add that if Georgie does that, he will become everything he hates in Mr. P, so Georgie listens to you. Mr. P tells you to leave as the plant is infested and that he will stay to fight off the infected in an attempt to redeem himself. You then have the choice of leaving or speaking to Mr. P.
Good Ending[]
In the Good Ending, you and Georgie leave the plant and reunite with Zizzy and Pony, who just finished fighting off all of the infected soldiers. You tell them that you and Georgie stopped Mr. P and that he's no longer a threat. The group then thinks of what to do next now that they stopped Mr. P, when Georgie gets the idea to look for a cure. After the credits, Mr. P's hat is shown laying on the ground where you last saw him. This ending is non-canon.
Bad Ending[]
In the Bad Ending, you stay to talk with Mr. P. You tell Mr. P to come with you, but Badgy sneaks up behind you. Georgie shouts 'Look out!' as Badgy burns you with an acid container, and the screen goes black. After the credits, you see yourself standing over Mr. P's hat. This ending is non-canon.
True Ending[]
In the True Ending, you stay behind and talk with Mr. P. You ask Mr. P to tell you his story so you can learn what happened. Mr. P explains that his wife, Mrs. P, was terribly sick with a disease called Linnaeoma. He started developing a cure and rushed the doctors to test it, despite them telling him that the sample is unstable. He didn't listen and needed volunteers to test the cure.
The Piggy family, all but Georgie, volunteered to test the potion. At first, the results were positive and the Piggy family began feeling stronger. Mr. P was overjoyed with the results and immediately gave Mrs. P the potion. The results were once again positive until he got the news that the Piggy family started becoming hostile. He thought it had nothing to do with the potion, but soon Mrs. P started becoming hostile too, and her eyes turned red. Mr. P didn't have the heart to stop her, so he let her go instead.
He tried to make more cures, then you came along. He reveals that he and his researchers found signs of the infection within you, but you were still alive. While he was doing more research, the hospital was raided and Bunny was attacked. Mr. P gave her another rushed potion in an attempt to save her, but realized what he has done and left the hospital without you and Bunny, thinking you and her will turn infected.
Mr. P then wishes you and Georgie the best of luck and tells you to leave. You leave and meet up with Zizzy and Pony, who just finished fighting off all of the infected soldiers. You tell them that you and Georgie stopped Mr. P and that he's no longer a threat. The group then thinks of what to do next now that they stopped Mr. P, when Georgie gets the idea to look for a cure. After the credits, Mr. P's hat is missing, unlike the other endings. This ending is canon.
Piggy: Book 2[]
Alleys - Chapter 1[]
Flashback[]
In this chapter, you are in a flashback where you and Doggy are searching for thieves who have been stealing supplies from all over the city. Once you enter the alleyways, a thief named Rash starts chasing after you. In the end, you chase after an outlaw named Willow and corner her in her room, forcing her give up. She begs you and Doggy to not arrest her, since she was trying to feed her family, but Doggy tells her that she disobeyed the law. Rash sneaks behind you to attack you and Doggy, but Willow dissuades him from doing so because it's not worth it, whereupon you arrest both Willow and Rash. You question if you are doing the correct thing, but Doggy calms you down and says that you needed to do it.
Present[]
Outside of the Safe Place, Georgie is playing tag with Zee and Zuzy while Giraffy and Mimi are taking care of plants. Pony asks you are you coming, and you ask where. Mimi then steps in and reminds you of a radio that the team found from one of our supply runs. You ask her what's up with that, and she tells you that she can get it working, but she needs to find some batteries for it. Zizzy then says that Pony and she will go to the store to get some, and asks you if you would like to come along. You are all for it, and you three head to the store.
Store - Chapter 2[]
You arrive at the Store with Zizzy and Pony to get batteries. But then, you realize that you are trapped inside and that you need to escape while being chased by Dessa. After getting all the batteries and escaping, you head back to the Safe Place, where you put the batteries into the radio. You hear a voice on the other end, saying that they are called "Settlement Six" and that they would like to meet up for trading purposes before their signal is lost. You and Zizzy think it's a good idea to go, but Pony is skeptical. When Pony finally agrees to go, you head there with Zizzy and Pony, leaving Mimi, Giraffy, Georgie and the sisters in the Safe Place.
When you arrive at the old Oak, the place where the meeting is scheduled, you are surrounded by other survivors, a gang called The Silver Paw, led by Willow. Willow reveals that Pony was their ex-member. She is mad at him for leaving the gang, and at you, for making her homeless and ripping her away from her family. Then, she decides to capture Zizzy and leave you and Pony "to rot". Pony objects, but Willow then pulls out her revolver and says that she doesn't want to hurt anyone. She just wants to take Zizzy for questioning. Zizzy assures Pony that she will be fine and is taken away by The Sliver Paw. You and Pony decide to follow The Silver Paw to rescue Zizzy.
Refinery - Chapter 3[]
You and Pony arrive at one of The Silver Paw's bases, an oil Refinery. Pony states that he doesn't recognize this building, but you should be able to find Zizzy and escape. In this chapter, there are many members of The Silver Paw guarding the place, so if you go in front of them, an alarm symbol will appear above their heads and they will start pursuing you. In this chapter, you are being chased around by The Silver Paw member named Tigry. You and Pony eventually break into a room and find Zizzy knocking out an infected named Poley. She says she has been doing it all day and that she even started enjoying doing it. Then, you tell Zizzy that they should get out of there soon because The Silver Paw will find out that something went wrong sooner or later.
But then, Zizzy reveals her arm and sees that she has a scratch from an infected. She realizes that she will become one of them in a short period. She tells you and Pony to go, but Pony tells her that they will find a cure for her. Zizzy says that if there was a cure, then they wouldn't be here in the first place. She then says that she will sabotage lots of things to make a distraction and tells us to leave once more. Sad, Pony reluctantly agrees, hugs her and says goodbye. You tell Zizzy to take care. Zizzy says goodbye, and then says that she will miss you.
You and Pony then leave the Refinery, Zizzy presumably turning into an infected. The scene switches to you and Pony returning to the Safe Place. Mimi, Giraffy, Georgie, Zee and Zuzy, who were all waiting, stare silently at you and Pony in dismay, possibly guessing correctly what had happened. The camera fades, continuing to show the Safe Place.
The Safe Place - Chapter 4[]
After the events of Chapter 3, you sleep in a bed. Suddenly, you hear the sound of explosions and Georgie wakes you up, saying that we (us) need to get out. You need to escape the Safe Place, rescuing Mimi, Pony, and Giraffy whilst trying to avoid the infected called Raze, who somehow broke in. Also, it is revealed that Zee and Zuzy have already managed to escape through the vents. After you escape, the Safe Place members find themselves confronted by Willow and her gang, all except Tigry. Willow tells us that she knows that Pony and you broke into the Refinery. Pony tries to convince Willow to let them be, but she instead throws you and the rest of the Safe Place members into a jail cell. Giraffy and Mimi apologize to Pony for not listening to him to not trust the radio, and Pony forgives them, saying that they need to get out.
Sewers - Chapter 5[]
The chapter starts with Zee and Zuzy busting a manhole in the corner of the jail cell open, saying that they need help trying to open another manhole out of the cell through the sewers. You go to help then and instruct others to stay inside the cell so the guards don't get suspicious. In this chapter, you are chased by an infected named Alfis. Once they open the manhole, they get the other Safe Place Members out of the cell, but Tigry spots them. He gets ready to throw a dagger at them, but ultimately decides to not do it. Willow pushes him out the way, calling him useless, and says "she has to deal with them herself." She then aims to shoot Pony, but Giraffy jumps in front of the bullet and thus gets shot instead. You tell The Safe Place members to get Giraffy out of there, as you and Pony get ready to fight Willow.
Factory - Chapter 6[]
It starts with Willow pointing her gun at you and Pony, followed by a strange sound coming out of the sewers. Willow tells you that whatever it is, it is certainly not friendly. She gives you a head start and shoots into the ceiling, breaking the light source. You are being chased around by Kolie and Willow, but you can give three wooden swords to Pony, which he uses to eventually knock Willow out.
Savior Ending[]
Willow comes out of the factory clutching her shoulder and takes aim at you with her revolver. The rest of The Silver Paw members tell her to stop, because you saved their lives, but Willow retorts that you destroyed hers. Zee and Zuzy tell you to watch out. Willow asks who they are, and Pony replies to her that they are Zizzy's younger sisters, and that she took their older sister away from them, causing Willow to feel regretful. Tigry throws his dagger at Willow's revolver, knocking it out of her hand. Willow kneels in shame, saying that she had no idea and that she's sorry.
The Silver Paw members interrupt Mimi, saying that they can take care of Giraffy, and that Mimi can go with the rest of the group. Pony asks how we could trust them, and The Silver Paw members say that they taught them a lesson; that they should all work together as survivors. Willow says she can save Zizzy, but Georgie skeptically asks why they should believe her. Willow replies that the Military moved up north to work on a cure, and that she heard this through broadcasts.
The Silver Paw members ask why they were never told of this, and Willow says she kept it a secret so that she could try and cure her brother, William, but she knows that he is gone, and now Zizzy needs it, since she doesn't want Zee and Zuzy to feel the way she did. You ask how can you know this is not another trap, and Willow says that she will go with you personally, and that you have her gun if she causes any trouble. Georgie says that they have all lost things, but this is a way to get some of those things back. Zee and Zuzy ask if they were going to cure Zizzy and you say that you guess so.
Survivor Ending[]
Willow comes out of the factory clutching her shoulder and takes aim at you with her revolver. Tigry throws his dagger at Willow's revolver, knocking it out of her hand.
Willow kneels in shame saying that she had no idea, and that she's sorry. You ask Mimi and Giraffy to stay safe at the factory as they do not want to lose more people. Giraffy then says that they will be fine, and that you should focus on what you're going to do next.

Both the Savior and Survivor Endings are canon. Depending on which ending you get, it will have an affect on the storyline of chapters 7-12.
Worst Ending[]
You and Pony escape the Factory without freeing any of The Silver Paw members. Willow, clutching her shoulder, appears and raises her gun at you. Zuzy yells at you to look out before Willow shoots you, and you die as the screen turns black. This ending is non-canon as it has no impact on the storyline of chapters 7-12 and whatever happens after this ending can only be determined by theories.
Flashback[]
In both the Survivor and Savior endings, but not the worst ending, Willow's origin story is displayed at the end of the chapter. When she was a child, Willow lived with her parents and her younger brother William. However, her parents performed crimes and were arrested, leaving Willow and William all alone. A TV seller named Daisy decided to adopt them and took good care of them. Unfortunately, she was later called to serve the military, forcing her to leave Willow and William behind. William, who considered Daisy to be his maternal figure, was sad because of this, but his sorrow quickly turned into anger that got so bad that he didn't even want to talk to Willow. One day, when Willow brought him a pie, she discovered that William abandoned her, probably to find Daisy, leaving only his scarf behind (this is the same scarf that Willow wears around her neck). The flashback ends with Willow hugging William's scarf, saddened by the fact that he left.
Port - Chapter 7[]
Savior Continuity[]
You, Willow, Pony, Zee, Zuzy, Mimi and Georgie arrive at a port near the ocean. Willow explains how, while she would love to take them across the North Sea, Tigry stole her tugboat. Then, Mimi will say that there may be a way to get the lighthouse working. After you turn the lighthouse's beacon on while getting ambushed by Dakoda, a huge ship called The Medora arrives. The group gets on the ship, and they ask who is there. Suddenly, Budgey appears and explains that she is the captain of the ship, and asks if they are the ones that lit the lighthouse.
The group explains how they need help to cross the North Sea. While Budgey has spare fuel, she explains that it is sealed in the lower levels of the ship, and how the rest of her crew is also there, but they are trapped, infected by the sickness and curse Davy Jones brought upon them. Willow and you eventually decide to go down there together. Mimi also asks Budgey where they would be going if they pulled the ship off, and Budgey replies, saying that they would arrive at Doveport. Mimi exclaims that she knows an engineer friend from there, but is not sure whether he is still there. Then, Budgey tells you and Willow to not feed the fish down there, possibly an idiom for dying/getting infected.

Ship - Chapter 8[]
Savior Continuity[]
You and Willow decide to head down beneath the Medora to retrieve the fuel. You are ambushed by an infected crew member named Archie, along with Pepper, Bobby, and Kenneth. As you and Willow conversate about the amount of fuel left, Kenneth comes from behind as you warn Willow and the container closes. Willow angrily bangs on the door, then starts complaining about being stuck with you in the fuel crate. You argue with her and conversate about your separate lives, and eventually she asks where her parents are. You say you don't have their records on you, and after more arguments, the rest of the Safe Place eventually finds you locked up.
Pony says that Georgie was the one who managed to find you after hearing you fighting down below deck. Zuzy jokes about him being helpful for once in finding you. Mimi also says that we can't waste time, as they have got a friend to meet, and that they have got a mission to follow. There is then a loud gunshot/boom noise coming from above. Pony suggests you check it out. Budgey, saying they surprisingly made it, eventually has the screen turn to a sky view, in which there are (somewhat) loud gunshots and sparks in the sky as the screen fades into black.

Docks - Chapter 9[]
Savior Continuity[]
You and your friends get off of Budgey's ship and down onto the docks of Doveport. Budgey wishes the team good luck before they part their ways. Willow sees Tigry off in the distance. In this chapter, you are being chased by Markus. You walk into a large hallway consisting of two bridges held above a large pit. You then see Tigry walking across the other platform, and you and Tigry greet each other. Tigry explains how he never actually wanted to harm you, and was doing what he was told instead of what he preferred, and you proceed to quote Doggy with the line "sometimes we do things because we have to, not because we want to." Tigry attempts to convince you of abandoning Willow, but you decides not to trust Tigry, and he leaves, though he still gives you a chance to change your mind.
Pony then arrives, asking what he missed. You fill him in, and Pony expresses how he trusts Tigry, but you attempt to change that. The entire group is then shown exiting and walking across a large, snowy field with many loud explosions along the ground. You are then jumped by a blue-eyed Robby with no chainsaw, but are not attacked. Kona then peers out of a large house in the background and tells everyone to go inside. Kona says hello to the group and meets with Mimi again and they have a friendly moment. Kona then describes how he once studied robotics, but now prefers to study the infected. He encourages them to go through the exit under his home, joking that it's even more dangerous than outside. He allows the blue-eyed Robby to travel with the group, and the cutscene then ends.

Temple - Chapter 10[]
Savior Continuity[]
After meeting with Kona, you and Robby head under Kona's base to escape, and let the others in. Upon entering, you encounter an infected named Spidella, who chases you around. Once you escape, you start feeling "off", and go through a vision. Inside the vision, you see Bunny, Doggy, and Zizzy, who tell you that you are awake. You are frightened, and repeat that they aren't real. Suddenly, you encounter a mysterious figure that tells you that he's been fascinated by you, and that you should be infected, yet you aren't. You ask the mysterious figure why he wants you, and the figure tells them that he can help you see your friends again. You deny, saying that you don't trust the figure. The figure's last words are that you shouldn't get in his way, and to stay out of his business. You shout at him, telling him to leave you alone, and you wake up, almost hitting Pony.
Pony asks you if you saw the figure, and you reply that you did before asking him who the figure was. Pony says that he doesn't know, and that the figure had previously told him that he could help him see his parents again. Willow, hearing Pony mention his parents, asks him to tell you what happened. Pony refuses to tell you what happened, and an argument starts between Pony and Willow. Mimi stops the argument, by telling them to stay focused, and that they are almost finished with finding the cure. Robby stays behind to watch the children, but they want to stay with the group. The group and Robby allow it, and they head towards a military camp. Kona says that there's something strange about it.
Survivor Continuity[]
After meeting with Kona, you and Robby head under Kona's base to escape, and let the others in. Upon entering, you meet an infected spider named Spidella, who chases you around. Once you escape, Robby says that he will stay back to protect Georgie, Zee. and Zuzy. After thanking Robby for doing so, you start to discuss the cure with Willow and Pony, and why none of the infected are cured yet despite having the cure. The three of you then head on over to the military camp ahead without warning, after discussing the cure.
Camp - Chapter 11[]
Savior Continuity[]
Kona states that the outpost is surprisingly quiet, and tells the group to look out. After finding the elevator down to the lab while escaping Delta and other soldiers, the team proceeds to the lab. However, Pony decided to tell you what happened according to Willow, that he caused Doggy, and attempted to do the same with you, to be infected by giving you potions back in Forest, making you surprised, and yet very disappointed in him. After being calmed down by Pony and Georgie, you decide to stay friends with him, but you will not forgive him. At the same time, Willow seems to be looking at something, saddened. When you ask her about it, she tells you that it's nothing.
Moving on, the team reaches the underground lab and splits up, agreeing to inform others if they find the cure. You and Willow encounter Tigry placing dynamite in an attempt to stall you. Tigry starts to argue about what Willow did before and claims that she's nothing but a bully. Willow gets offended that she fed him and sheltered him, but all she gets is this. Eventually, this argument turns to a fight. You try to calm them down, but to no use. As Willow manages to grab Tigry in a stranglehold, an explosion occurs (probably by the dynamite placed by Tigry), causing portion of the lab to collapse, trapping you in a small area. You say that now you have to find a way out on your own. Meanwhile, at the other side of the door, a shadowy figure appears, staring at you through the window.

Pony says that, ''Here it is... Just what we've been looking for..'', which refers to the outpost. He also feels that the cure is somewhere around the outpost. Heist[]
This chapter is a prequel to the events of alleys and is set during the time when William left. In this chapter, you are randomly selected to play as either Pony or Willow. The chapter begins with Willow telling her friends Pony, Rash and Billy, that William has been upset lately, that he won't even talk to her and that she doesn't know what to do. Billy suggests stealing "something nice" to him. They begin a heist to steal a pie from a warehouse called Baba's Pies, but Officer Poley discovers their plans and tries to stop them. Despite Poley's best efforts, the group still manages to steal a pie, which Willow brings to William, only to discover that he left, which makes her heartbroken. Then, memories unfold which relate to what happened to Willow afterwards.
When Willow grew up, she continued with her thieving ways, which caused her to be arrested by Doggy and you. While she was in her cell in the station, Poley, who got infected through unknown circumstances, went past her cell and dropped a key, which Willow used to escape. Willow then set off to alleys, likely looking for recruits or survivors for The Silver Paw. Then, she went into a house and approached the room where Rash, who somehow got infected, is being held so he wouldn't cause harm. Then, Willow burned down the location where she got arrested in Alleys with a torch and departed, whereupon she found Tigry, who was homeless at the time and was sitting next to a fire trying to get warm. She took pity on him and invited him to join her.
Willow and Tigry found Pony, who was sad and sitting beside the bank of the river, looking at an old photo of him and Zizzy as kids. Later, before the events of the Forest, The Silver Paw broke into the Hospital and stole one of the potions. Then, they went to the Forest, where Willow ordered Pony to give the potion to Doggy and infect him, which Pony was reluctant to do. Later, Pony, while looking at the same photo again, was regretful of his actions and decided to leave The Silver Paw for good and join Zizzy and The Safe Place instead. Then, Willow is shown sitting beside the same bank of the river where Pony did, hugging William's scarf. The final memory takes place in Camp, where Willow sees Daisy, infected. This is who Willow was looking at in savior continuity of Camp.
Distraction[]
After Zizzy is left alone after the events of Refinery - Chapter 3, and as she starts getting fully infected, she makes a distraction by placing dynamite on the gas tanks. Her infection distorts what's going on in the chapters, adding a multitude of different distortions to the map. Zizzy is pursued by nightmarish version of her sisters and encounters several mysterious yet dangerous entities known as Sentinels.
After managing to plant three dynamites on each tank, she goes outside and is transported to her mind. There, she meets TIO, who tries to convince her to join him. He also tells her his story, further comparing Zee to himself. In an effort to convince Zizzy, TIO lets her see Pony (although it is currently unclear whether this is the real Pony or rather a hallucination created by TIO in an attempt to convince Zizzy). After talking with Pony, Pony fades, and TIO holds out his hand. Zizzy moves forward to accept his offer but is abruptly dragged into a portal behind her by a black arm.
Lab - Chapter 12[]
The general plot of this chapter is that you are trying to find the cure while being chased by distorted version of Piggy. Additionally, you encounter Crawling Trap inside the vents.
Savior - Tigry Ending[]
You make your way through the military lab, and then grab the cure. Tigry thanks you for helping him to defeat Willow. Tigry also says that you can get the cure, instead of him. You are reluctant at first, but later agree. On your way back to the elevator, you meet Pony. Suddenly, Tigry realizes that his charges are going off, and that you should head to the elevator immediately. However, Tigry gets stuck by a barrier himself, and the elevator is also barricaded. Pony then reveals that he was attacked at the Docks, and therefore is going to turn into an infected as well. Due to this, you forgive Pony. Suddenly, TIO appears in front of you. With no choice, you join TIO, in order to save your friends. The credits start to roll in.
Survivor - Tigry Ending[]
You make your way through the military lab, and then grab the cure. Tigry thanks you for helping him to defeat Willow. Tigry also says that you can get the cure, instead of him. You are reluctant at first, but later agree. You then go out of the lab, to the entrance of the camp, but get ambushed by Mary from behind, who manages to scratch your leg. Pony, who is sitting against the trees, jokes about how both of you are going to turn into the infected. However, as you have the cure, Pony suggests that you should use it on yourself.
You then call Pony crazy, and say that you are going to cure him. Pony then reveals that he infected Doggy at the forest, as he was instructed to do so by Willow. Not knowing what to say, since you thought that Pony was good and trusted him your whole life. Pony reminds you that you have the cure, so you can cure yourself. Pony himself says that this is the day he would be getting his payback for all he did in the past, and that he accepted this day would finally arrive. You apologize to Pony and walk away. The credits then start to roll in.
Survivor - Willow Ending[]
You make your way through the military lab, and then grab the cure. Willow thanks you for saving her, although she did not need it. You make sure that she really didn't need help, since she looked like she was in trouble a while ago. Both of you start to get into a small argument, but eventually set it out. You then remind Willow to grab the cure before leaving. After exiting the lab and the camp, you find Pony, sitting against a tree. you asks if Pony is okay, but Pony says that things used to be okay only before this infection, and that nothing's been okay since it started. Pony reveals that he is going to turn into the infected, since he was attacked at the Docks. You still do not believe Pony and ask him to get up, as you have to save Zizzy. However, Pony says that he can't even feel his legs anymore, and it's time you should cure Zizzy yourself.
From behind, Willow comes. Looking at the cure and Pony once more, she walks away. You suddenly remember the cure is with Willow, but alas, couldn't find her. Pony already knows she is not coming, and went away for her own selfish reasons. You then fall, asking Pony if he was joking, and that this joke was a terrible and twisted one. However, Pony says that he can lie all day, and the truth would only hurt more. Pony then asks you to do him one last favor; to take care of Georgie, Zee and Zuzy. Another favor Pony asks you to do is to cheer up, since you have come this far. Pony admits that without you, he couldn't have gone this far. You stand up again, and say that you would miss Pony. Pony also will miss you, but on the bright side, he says that he doesn't need Zizzy anymore, and considers himself lucky. You agree, and hope to see Pony some time again. You then walk away, and the credits then start to roll in.
Savior - Willow Ending[]

However, Pony says that he can lie all day, and the truth would only hurt more. Pony then asks you to do him one last favor; to take care of Georgie, Zee and Zuzy. Another favor Pony asks you to do is to cheer up, since you have come this far. Suddenly, you forgive Pony for infecting Doggy. Pony is surprised, but you say that you really do forgive Pony, since he had to live with the regret of infecting Doggy this whole time, and it would have been horrible.
Pony then asks you if you would remember him, but his speech is interrupted by Willow. She gives the cure to Pony. Pony asks Willow if this is some sort of sick trick she's doing, but Willow does say that it would be a trick if Pony doesn't take the cure. Pony thanks Willow, but asks her why she didn't want to cure the ones she wanted to. Although Willow hates to admit it, she says that Pony is necessary. Pony admits that that was the nicest thing Willow ever said to him. Willow agrees, and says that it will be that way. Suddenly, Mimi, Georgie, Giraffy, Zee and Zuzy arrive. Giraffy exclaims that he is happy to see everyone again, and he reveals that via his radio, he contacted Mimi, since he felt much better, and went across the ocean with the help of The Silver Paw. Mimi apologizes for leaving Willow, Pony and you since they had to get Giraffy.
Georgie asks if you found the cure. Not wanting to admit the truth, Willow says that the cure was crushed under the rubble. Zuzy sadly asks if they can't save Zizzy in that case. Pony goes to Zuzy and says that it would be hard moving forward, but Zizzy would've wanted Zuzy to stay strong. Zuzy agrees that she would miss Zizzy, but Zizzy taught her to be tough and strong. Giraffy then says that maybe sometime, another cure would be made, and Mimi agrees to him, since the scientists were able to make one now. You then remember that since Kona was studying the infected, he could help the group make their own cure. You also suggest grabbing any files from the military lab. Mimi says that if for a brighter future, when suddenly, Georgie realizes and asks where Willow is. The credits then start to roll in.
Hidden Ending[]
You find a radio and therefore ask Mimi to do her magic and get the radio working, while you continue to find the cure. Soon, you find the room with the cure, where Willow and Tigry were fighting. You starts shouting at Willow to stop fighting, and that if she were to be that angry, then she should rather show her hatred on the infected.
Tigry starts to mention how both him and Willow are alike, since they both keep their pain buried in themselves. Tigry also mentions how both of them are separated from their families and friends, and that when they first met, and when Tigry talked to Willow about how he felt, Willow never interrupted, and that he wished they could go back to those times. Suddenly, Mimi interrupts the talk, and asks everyone to come outside to check something.
Everyone then comes outside and sees a Military jet landing. Sgt. Monroe then starts talking how they arrived, and starts to get confused on how to begin with Tigry, who was once a part of the military, but deserted them, and Willow, an infamous criminal. You mention that you have the cure, and Sgt. Monroe sighs on how out of all their outposts, this was wiped out. Suddenly, a bunch of infected appear behind the player and the rest of the group. Sgt. Monroe orders his team to start shooting the infected, when you are brought to your mind with ???.
??? mentions his disappointment in you, and when you are about to interrupt him, he reveals his name is TIO, and he is also called as The Entity, The Insolent and The Iniquitous One. TIO starts to talk about how you didn't heed to TIO's warning to follow the current path, since TIO is trying to 'save' everyone from themselves. TIO also mentions that free will is destructive, and free will is also what has destroyed the entire world, since Mr. P has destroyed the world due to free will, and that the cure you have will cause thousands of survivors to fight over it for their loved ones, and that many will lose in the battle.
What you are doing with the cure, TIO says that you are causing a grand war in the entire world, and the grand war will not be with the infected, but with your own brothers and sisters; survivors of the infection, hoping to cure their families and friends. You disagree with TIO, saying that the cure is hope for the future, and that it will cause the world to slowly retain it's place like how it was prior to the infection. TIO starts to get angry, since you are too oblivious and cannot foresee the destruction of the future, and that TIO has no choice but to take you out. TIO then starts to turn into his distorted form, and you, Pony, Georgie and Zee are brought into TIO's distortion.
You do puzzles in the distorted versions of the Alleys, Ship, Docks, Temple and Camp. Another distortion comes over you, where hallucinations start to appear. Pony is being attacked by his infected father, Peter, at the distorted City. At the distorted House, Georgie is about to fall from a high place, and below him is his distorted sister, Penny. At the distorted Safe Place, Zee is staring at an infected Zizzy. After giving weapons to each of them to knock out the hallucinations, you think of an idea that, since you are in your memories, then you can use those memories themselves against TIO, and then you boss-battle TIO. You go up to the 2nd level containing distorted versions of the Gallery, the Hospital, and the Mall. You give weapons to memories of Bunny, Doggy and Zizzy to knock out TIO, while being chased by other memories created by TIO to stop you. After being knocked out by the memories created by you, TIO is defeated, and you are brought back to reality. Sgt. Monroe and his team has defeated the infected, and then Pony and Georgie congratulate you for defeating TIO.
Willow then starts to talk with Tigry and apologizes to him for hurting Tigry, and Tigry agrees that Willow has hurt him a lot. Willow explains that she was so caught up in getting revenge, that she wasn't thinking about her actions, and that if she really wanted to feel the way she did, she would have to go back to the past for a better future. Tigry then forgives Willow, and Willow says that since The Military won't let both of them go with them, she suggests travelling around the world, and she'd even allow Tigry to be the leader of this. Tigry then says that he just wanted to have a say, and not be a leader. You ask if this is goodbye, but Willow says that it's never goodbye. She also thanked you for making her realize that in her pursuit for revenge, she pushed others close to her further from her. Willow and Tigry then leave, and everyone goes along with The Military.
Post-credit Scene[]
The screen cuts to Kona's home, where Giraffy converses with Georgie, Zee and Zuzy, Mimi converses with Kona and Pony sits in a chair, reading the news. You and Zizzy, who is cured now, stand near Pony. Pony then starts complaining about carrot prices, so Zizzy suggests to him to grow carrots on his own, making Pony take his word back. The camera then zooms out of Zizzy, shows a distorted crack and then cuts to black. It remains unclear what this scene is supposed to mean.
Breakout[]
This chapter seems to be a prequel to the whole storyline, and you play as Tigry in it. The chapter starts with Tigry, Sergeant Monroe and Danny being in trenches, with Tigry looking nervous. When Danny asks him about it, Tigry replies that all three feel that way. Monroe then tells Tigry and Danny that, on his signal (a sound of a whistle), they should get to the bunker up ahead, which they obey while being bombed. However, when they reach the bunker, the ground beneath Tigry's feet falls apart and he finds himself in a dark place, so he takes out his flashlight.
While Tigry is inside, he is being haunted by a monster named Ombra, so Tigry tries to get away from it. After doing some puzzles and seemingly being haunted by TIO, Tigry has enough of running away and decided to kill Ombra, so he takes a knife from armory, hunts Ombra down and stabs it, killing it. As he does, some of his memories unfold before him: him being bullied at school by Leon, Wally and Dane; his parents who were never proud of him and never took good care of him; his escape from home; and finally, finding of a poster promoting to join the Military. However, just then, it is revealed that the monster was just an illusion (probably conjured by TIO) and that the so-called monster was actually Danny. Tigry steps back, shocked at what he has done.
The cutscene cuts to Tigry and Willow after the events of Lab. Willow tells Tigry that he acts as if he's seen a ghost, and he replies that he feels like he did. Willow tells him that he shouldn't let the past control his life, but he replies that he wouldn't want to turn up like her. Willow says she is being calmer than him, whereupon he abruptly asks her why did she help him. She replies that she felt like helping him and that she doesn't want to see anyone suffering alone, but Tigry, unconvinced, asks her to give him the real answer. Willow replies that if he pushes his luck any further, she'll push him in a nearby bush.
Mansion[]
The chapter starts with Zuzy convincing Zee to sneak into old man Eddy's mansion with her in order to "see if the rumors are true", the rumors being that Eddy can turn children into toys. She also says that if Zee will not come with her, she will go alone. Once they get into the mansion, they come face to face with a machine called Duocara that tries to attack them.
After restoring power to the mansion, the two zebras escape, only to find Zizzy at the gate, who scolds them for leaving. Zuzy tries to frame Zee, saying that it was all her idea, but Zizzy is not believing her. All of a sudden, Eddy comes, causing Zuzy to freak out and beg him not to turn them into toys. As Eddy asks her what she is talking about, Zizzy apologizes to Eddy for letting the twins run loose into his mansion. Zuzy then apologizes as well but tries for the second time to frame Zee as the one who came up with the idea.
Eddy accepts the apology and tells the girls that he hopes they learned their lesson and that they won't break into people's home without permission ever again. Then, the four part ways. Zizzy asks where Pony is, as he was supposed to be looking after them too, only to see him rise out of a bush, exclaiming that he found candy. Zizzy then says that she seems to have to watch over not just Zee and Zuzy, but Pony as well. She then says if anyone is up for some trick-or-treat, and they walk away, ignoring Pony who's still stuck in the bush and is asking for help.
It then cuts to a scene where Eddy is in the basement in a secret room, where he has a crystal, a map, and a journal, seemingly investigating The Insolence. He then calls a friend, Finley, for help, saying that something big might happen soon, and he isn't too happy about it.
Trivia[]
This section of the page is intended for parts and elements of the story that are mostly not seen on-screen, but rather revealed through notes and Player's journal. It also includes some miscellaneous parts of the story and some elements that are generally considered to be plot holes.
- One of the notes in Station, most likely written by Doggy, suggests that the other police officers left without him when Station was attacked by Mother.
- According to the Player's journal, during their stay in Forest, Doggy and the Player silently visited small towns for supplies.
- It also says that Doggy planned to travel south to see old monuments and ruins.
- There is a disconnection between the notes from School and the entry for School in the Player's journal. According to the notes, Mr. P and Bunny went on a rescue mission to save Teacher, but she got infected, so the duo got separated. According to the Player's journal, however, Mr. P and Bunny were merely on a supply run. It is likely that the player just guessed what Bunny was doing.
- Written on a chalkboard in one of the classrooms in School is the text which says: "Z wvvc vmvipkyzex Z uf. Z tre'k tfekifc dp rtkzfej. Z tre'k yvcg dpjvcw. Dp dzeu pvccj wfi yvcg slk dp sfup ufvj efk rxivv. Z nzjy kyv nficu nflcu leuvijkreu." Most of the players ignore it, as it is seen as a bunch of gibberish, but when decoded properly, the message says, "I feel everything I do. I can't control my actions. I can't help myself. My mind yells for help, but my body does not agree. I wish the world would understand." This message was supposedly written by the Teacher before she became fully Infected.
- According to the Player's journal, the Player and Bunny spoke about Mr. P while they were making their way to Metro. The Player told her their disbelief in him, and Bunny told them that Mr. P has become more and more delusional and obsessed with his search for the cure.
- According to the Player' journal, Willow used Zizzy against them. Willow took her away because she knew they will try to rescue her and that, on their way back, she followed them, leading them to their home.
- This, however, is the Player's personal hunch and doesn't have to necessarily be true.
- Throughout the Player's journal, the Player describes how The Insolence and TIO seem to be haunting them.
- This is first recorded when they describe in great detail how they felt when entering the sewers: "The moment I entered the sewers, I felt a cold breeze. It wasn't an ordinary breeze, as this one pierced right through me. This is when the whispers started. I heard voices, but couldn't make out what they were saying. Soon enough, I began to witness these orange eyes watching me. I felt like I was going insane so I did my best to work with the zebra sisters and get the key as soon as possible." Few lines later, they also add: "When we left the sewers, the whispers stopped, but I still felt uneasy and… followed. Something didn’t feel right."
- In the entry for Factory, they continue further, as it says: "The whispers started to take over again. This time, “he” and “not responsible” were all I could make out." This could be a reference to Mr. P.
- In the entry for Docks, it continues again, as it says: "Just when I thought the voices were over, they came back to haunt me. It seems they tormented Pony as well. It appeared as though he was losing his mind. The creature chasing us gave us headaches as we made our way to the facility."
- In the entry for Temple, the Player says that TIO is the one responsible for all of it.
- In one of the notes in Temple and the Player's journal, it is revealed that Kona accidentally dug into a historical site twice and that he hides this from the government.
- In Outpost, when Pony asks Georgie how he managed to get out of the Safe Place, he reveals that he tricked Zee and Zuzy into playing hide and seek.
- One of the notes in Hospital says: "Subject has been hallucinating officer Doggy. Doggy's been missing for weeks...". Interestingly, in the ending cutscene of School, the Player briefly sees the hallucination of Doggy.
- In the notes in Metro and Temple, there is a character mentioned in there who is referred to as Patient Zero. In Metro, the note says: "Patient Zero was given Substance 128. Patient has been restoring strength, but also displaying signs of aggression." while in Temple, it says: "Patient zero could not be found. However, we've tracked down one of the first subjects who have been administered the potion. We must act fast before the sample is still pure."
- One of the first subjects mentioned in a note relating to the Patient Zero is most likely Penny Piggy, since she appears in Lab.
- In Piggy: Book 2 credits, it is revealed that after the events of the Lab, Tigry and Willow went to Tigry's old fire in the Alleys. Also, Tigry is seen talking to Willow about something.
- The ending cutscene of Breakout proves that Hidden ending is a canon ending to the Piggy storyline, as Tigry and Willow are seen walking together after the events of Lab. However, this cutscene probably takes place before Tigry and Willow reached the Alleys.
- In Station, it is unknown why the Player did not simply get back outside through the front door and into their own car instead of completing the map and getting into Doggy's car.
- It is likely just for plot convenience or it is because Mother appears from the door leading out to the police car.
- There is some disconnection between information from Refinery and Heist. In Refinery, Tigry writes in a note that Rash is his only friend there, while Heist suggests that Rash got infected before The Silver Paw was even formed. It was later confirmed that Rash met Tigry after the latter deserted the military.
- In the entry page for Alleys in the Player's journal, there is a passage saying: “Doggy and I had located two of the three wanted criminals in Lucella.” This could be a reference to Billy, but this is not confirmed.
- If this is true, the journal disregards the fact that there weren't three, but four criminals: Willow, Rash, Billy and Pony. Possible explanation for this is that Pony got away with the crime and didn't participate in any other theft after the heist, so therefore no one knew that he was actually one of the criminals.
- In the entry of Store in the Player's journal, there is a line which says: "Pony was very reluctant to go, as his previous experience with survivor groups had given him trust issues."
