The Twisted Rabbit, also known as the Twisted Monster by MiniToon,[1] is the secondary antagonist of the Decay chapter. She is a hallucination Bunny has, as seen in said chapter. She is a distorted version of Brella.[2]
The Twisted Rabbit first appears during a chase sequence a little over halfway through the chapter. The monster begins her onslaught after Bunny picks up a key to a door at the end of the hall and begins walking toward you, letting out a bone chilling, sorrowful wail as she smashes through the obstacles you have to dodge. After about 40 seconds, you reach the door and must pull out the key, unlock it, and enter before the monster catches up.
Its second appearance is at the very end of the chapter, repeating her previous assault, this time in a different setting. Before too long, Bunny reaches a boarded vent and must enter it to be safe. After this, the monster can be seen reaching her hand into the vent to try and grab you and you have to go out the other way to finish the chapter.
Appearance[]
Twisted Rabbit is a slender, decayed, rabbit that has part of her face ripped off alongside her left eye, and has an open, screaming, loud mouth with two buck teeth. Her right and only eye is pure black with an incredibly small, glowing, white, pupil. She has four digits and black claws unlike most piggy characters, and one of her arms is replaced by a wrecking ball chained from her arm socket and around her waist. She has more rabbit-like legs than Bunny and her sisters. She wears a ripped green tank-top and black pants.
History[]
Hallucinated by Bunny[]
Bunny began to hear whispers of her sister, Bonnet, so she began to explore the Metro System. While searching however, she hallucinated a distorted version of her sister, Brella, in a tunnel. After a short chase, she managed to escape safe and sound. However, she later encountered it again inside Station 1. After another short chase, she managed to escape through a vent and get outside.

Trivia[]
- It used to be a common misconception that Twisted Rabbit was Bonnet due to the fact that TenuousFlea referred to it as Twisted Bonnet. It was later confirmed this is actually a distorted version of Brella while The Chained is the distorted version of Bonnet.
- In Delirium, The Chained’s shares its head model with Twisted Rabbit.
- It was confirmed that the Twisted Rabbit won’t be added as a skin due to a design imbalance, and Axel_Glow made a request that it shouldn't be added due to the Piggy community being ungrateful with The Chained skin.
- Despite this, Epic_Tank said he managed to make Twisted Rabbit work perfectly as a skin. He said he may share a video of it in the future.[3]
- Despite being the secondary antagonist of Decay, she wasn't added as a selectable bot in Build Mode in contrast to other bots like Blatt or Sam. This is likely due to her not being a skin.
- Twisted Rabbit is the third bot to have a large hitbox, with the first being TIO in the first phase of the Hidden Ending and the second being the Speeding Wall Crawling Trap from The PIGGY Household (SCARY) (DO NOT PLAY).
- Despite appearing in both the leak and banner for Delirium, she doesn't actually appear in the map at all.
- She is referred to as the "RabbitMonster" in the game files, rather than her actual name. A similar thing happened with Blatt who was referred to as "FastCreature" in the game files.
- Her jumpscare model is known as "BigGuyJumpscare" in the files, with the animation being called "FinalJumpscare".
- Twisted Rabbit is currently the tallest bot in Piggy, surpassing ??? who is currently the second tallest bot.
- There is an easter egg in Decay where you can hear screaming, what comes from the audio Nightmare Yelling Bursts Of Distorted Vocals (SFX). This is believed to be the Twisted Rabbit as the SFX sounds similar to Agony.
