On the Piggy Wiki, certain vocabulary is prohibited in order to keep the site viewer-friendly and minimize toxicity. This blog details our specific profanity guidelines:
Allowed Terms
The following terms are some that may be considered vulgar or crass but are allowed to use on this wiki:
- Damn
- Hell
- Heck
- Crap
- WTF/WTH
- LMAO
- Idiot, dimwit, or any other unintelligence term
- Bigot
- Incel
- Piss
The following have specific guidelines to them:
- Sex: Useable to refer to a being's genetic sex or in sexual orientation terms (bisexual, intersex, etc), also useable as "sexy" in satire contexts
- Ass: Useable in slang (dumbass, badass, jackass, etc) including in abbreviations or in reference to the animal
- Fuck: Only acceptable in abbreviations that use it, like WTF or LMFAO
- Shit: Only acceptable as an exclamation
Disallowed Terms
Disallowed terms fall into three categories:
- General profanity (any well-agreed profane words not mentioned above are disallowed and some have specific guidelines as shown in the section above)
- Slurs and bigoted language of any kind including implications of them or variants
- Sexual terms, both sexual anatomy and sexual technique/language
