Vulture is an extra skin in Piggy. It was released with the AJ Alpaca Plushie Campaign update on May 17th, 2025 and was unlocked on May 18th, 2025. After reaching 64,000,000 Piggy Tokens to unlock the crate, a quest for it and Hornz was unlocked. It is part of the PIG 64-Shipwrecked 64 Collaboration event.
Appearance[]
Vulture is a tall, upright skeletal figure in a black cloak covering a smaller dark gray cloak, the larger cloak trailing behind its body. It has a light gray skull as a head, detailed in a low-quality texture, giving it gaping black eyes with hints of black fading beneath them. It has a hooked, jagged beak which is black towards the end. The inside of its mouth is pitch black. Around its neck is the messy collar of its cloak made up of spiky and semi-transparent pieces of cloth. It has low-poly, sharp-fingered hands on skeletal arms covered in low-quality textures that make them light gray with black accents, mainly on the joints of the fingers. In its left hand it holds an almost cartoony scythe, with a crooked brown handle that pokes out of the dark gray, wide blade with jagged angles. Vulture emits dark stain-like patterns underneath itself.
Obtainability[]
Note: You can't get the skin because the AJ Alpaca campaign is over.
This skin was obtained by gaining 64 total minutes of surviving in either Book 1 or Book 2. Time was only counted during a round and as a survivor. Escaping a map adds three minutes to this counter. When completed, pressing the button for the AJ Alpaca Plushie campaign and going to the chest let you claim the skin. Progress for said quest was also documented here.

Idle[]
Stands fully upright with scythe handle to the ground and unarmed hand at waist level. Faces forward with head tilted slightly down. Entire body unnaturally twitches with minor shifts in its position.
Walking[]
Hunches forward and uses scythe like a walking stick, pulling it forward and back as it moves.
Jumpscare[]
Points at the victim with its unarmed hand before winding armed hand high behind its head and swinging its scythe down.
Stun[]
Weakly reaches unarmed hand forward while widely opening mouth and twitching it before moving hand in front of its gut and ducking head down.
Jump[]
Weakly hops with head facing down and limbs lightly lifted.
Trivia[]
- This skin was leaked one day prior to its unlocking in the game files, resulting in Team i2R having to announce the PIG 64-Shipwrecked 64 collaboration before the crate was unlocked.
- When the skin released/was unlocked, there was a visual bug attached to it, which randomly makes it look like your progress towards getting the skin has been reset, though if you play a few more matches you should get the skin, without playing an additional 64 minutes.
- It overlaps with Crove in many aspects, being a grim reaper-based bird in a black cloak with a scythe. They are also both Extra skins.
- This skin is the first skin to be 64-Bit, alongside Hornz.
- This is the second skin to be fully skeletal, the first being Skelly.
- Vulture is one of the few skins that is left-handed.
- Vulture and Hornz are technically the most expensive skins in the game since they require the community to gain 64,000,000 to be obtainable, but these tokens aren’t actually spent and are a collective amount from the entire playerbase.
- Vulture is the first skin to have a head properly divided into separate jaws. Other skins with opening mouths either have an extended mouth model that opens separately or their head shape stretches to match the mouth opening.
- Although Vulture is a Starling (experimental form of organic technology) and resembles a vulture, it shares some similarities with a Starling Bird. A similar situation also applies to Rachna.
- Similar to Tape C, Vulture’s soundtrack contains Phonetic German lines that are played in reverse. When deciphered, it reads “I am the spirit that always denies. And rightly so; for everything that exists deserves to perish”. This makes them the fourth skin in the game to have lyrics in their theme, the others being Felix, Silzous and Glenn.
- Epic_Tank said on X that Vulture and Hornz's quests were supposed to be different, but because of a last second change of mind they are how we know today.[2]
- Its soundtrack name "Thanatophobia" is definition of a fear of death and/or the process of dying.
- This might be because it uses a scythe as weapon and is dressed similarly to the 'Grim Reaper'.
- This also may be a reference to how Vulture was originally planned to be the personification of Bucky Beaver's (The character you play as in Shipwrecked) Thanatophobia.
- Vulture's actual name is just 'Reaper'.

- It’s jumpscare sound is a private audio by MarcMixy, consisting of a orchestral sting followed by a loud scream as he swings his scythe at you, resulting in part of a blade sound.
