"You're right... Even though I'm going to miss her, she taught us how to be tough like her."
― Zuzy, Lab - Chapter 12, Willow Savior Ending
Zuzy is a character in Piggy. She is the twin sister of Zee, with whom she is the younger sister of Zizzy. She and Zee were first mentioned at the end of City - Chapter 9 and made their first debut at the end of Mall - Chapter 10. Her role became larger in Piggy: Book 2.
Physical Appearance
Zuzy is a white zebra with a snout, a reddish-brown oval-shaped nose, five horizontal, black stripes on her head, and a single, horizontal, black stripe on her left wrist. In contrast to her twin sister Zee, Zuzy's right ear is black and her left ear is white. She wears magenta leggings, a matching colored scarf and a hot pink dress.
Her old design was similar to the current one, expect she has cheeks and a pink nose. She also lacked the scarf.
In Winter Holiday chapter, her dress is green, her leggings are lime and her scarf is dark green.
For the Mansion chapter, Zuzy is dressed as a princess. She wears a golden eastern crown with one small green gem and two small red gems on each point, and the rest of the crown has an intricate design. She wears a magenta-colored dress with taffy-pink sleeves and a white belt. Her costume is finished with taffy-pink stockings to match her sleeves and short wild strawberry pink boots.
History
Early Life
Before the infection started, Zuzy was taught an education by the Teacher at the school, along with her twin sister, Zee . It is implied that Zuzy had a hard time paying attention to the teacher in class, since she is seen throwing a paper airplane at the chalkboard during a math session in the credits. She was also taught to fence by her older sister, Zizzy.
Halloween Break-In
One Halloween night, Zuzy makes Zee join her in breaking into Eddy's Mansion to see if the rumors of him turning people into toys are true. Zee declines, but is forced to go to look out for Zuzy. Their investigation was cut short when the both of them were chased by Duocara, where the two ran out of the mansion and bumped into Zizzy, who scolded them for what they did. Zuzy tries to blame Zee for coming up with the idea of the break-in, which Zizzy doesn't believe it because Zee cannot speak and because she knows that Zuzy is far more mischievous than Zee is. Then, Eddy appears, which causes Zuzy to freak out and try to blame Zee again. Eddy forgives the two and hopes that they learn their lesson to never break into other people's homes without permission ever again, and the three sisters leave.
Start of the Infection
When the infection started, Zizzy took Zee and Zuzy and brought them to the hotel, which she modified for living and sheltering purposes. It was simply known as "the Safe Place". Zizzy's old friend Pony later joined her, and they went on to rescue two new survivors, Mimi and Giraffy, who also became the residents of the Safe Place.
Conversation in the City
Once the Pony, Zizzy and the Player make it to the doors of the Safe Place with the Player, they start having conversation about what their lives were before the infection started. Zizzy mentions that she taught her little sisters fencing, since she's a fencing coach. She also says that she is so relieved that they're safe with her.
Meeting Georgie and the Player
After Zizzy and the Player come back the safe house with Georgie Piggy, Zee and Zuzy make their first debut in the story. Zizzy introduces them to the Player and Georgie, and Zuzy is excited that Zizzy returned and mentions that the Player looks pretty funny. After Pony and the group decide to go track a helicopter signal nearby, Zuzy hesitates. Zizzy promises that they'll be back soon and tasks Zee and Zuzy to take care of Georgie while they're absent.
Life at the Safe Place
As Pony, Zizzy and the Player are about to enter power plant to deal with Mr. P, Georgie shouts at them to wait for him. When Pony asks him how he managed to get out of the Safe Place if Zee and Zuzy were tasked to take care of him, Georgie reveals that he managed to escape by tricking them. More specifically, he convinced them to play hide and seek, whereupon he managed to get out. The sisters reappear in the ending cutscene of Alleys, in the background. They can be seen playing tag with Georgie. Zuzy asks Georgie why can't he keep up with them, and he replies that he is one pig against two zebras. She and Zee appear in the ending cutscene of Refinery, after Pony and the Player come back without Zizzy. Zee can be seen with visible eyebrows while Zuzy doesn't have any (as she is not aware of what is happening, while Zee is). They are both silent, guessing correctly what happened.
The Silver Paw vs. The Safe Place
Out of revenge for destroying the refinery, The Silver Paw attacked the Safe Place with a bazooka, hoping to draw them out of the building. During the chaos, Pony mentions that the twins had managed to escape through a vent in their room. In the same room, two diaries written by each of them can be found.
Escaping the Cell
Zee and Zuzy take on an important role, as they helped save the Safe Place members from the cell. They bust open a manhole in the corner of their cell and Zuzy asks for one of their friends to come and help them open the cell door. The Player is the only one to go, telling others to stay inside the cell so the guards don't get suspicious. The Player decides to go down into the sewers with the zebra twins. They function as friendly NPCs during the round. Zee will knock out the piggy if given grass. Once the downstairs area is unlocked, Zuzy will go there and tell the Player to give them something to grab something the white key from a vent. When Zuzy is given the mop, Zee will lift her up to nab the white key from the vent using the mop. Once the map is completed, Zuzy mentions that they both need to go back to the Safe Place to get their fencing foils and wishes the Player good luck on stopping Willow.
Willow's Remorse
Later on, as Willow is about to shoot the Player, the zebra twins appear and Zuzy shouts at them to watch out. Willow asks who they are, and Pony reveals to her that they are Zizzy's younger sisters. Shocked to learn about this, Willow drops to her knees in shame after Tigry knocks her revolver out of her hand with one of his daggers. She then apologizes, as she was not aware that Zizzy had sisters. After a brief conversation, she offers to help the Safe Place members cure Zizzy, saying that no one should feel like how she felt when her younger brother, William, abandoned her. Zuzy is ecstatic over this idea.
Hunt for the Cure
Going North
Zuzy and Zee accompany the rest of the group to the Port, where they hop onto the Medora and meet Budgey after turning the lighthouse's lights on. Zuzy stays on top of the ship while the Player and Willow go find fuel, and later goes down with the rest to rescue them from the locked crate.
Meeting Kona
After making their way through the Docks, the group tries to go through a field but they almost get bombed by the many explosions, and end up being saved by Kona and his assistant robot called Robby (not to be confused with the one from the mall). After some chatting, Kona allows them go through his basement where they eventually make it back to the surface. During the Survivor continuity, Robby decides to stay and protect the children while Pony, Willow and the Player go further into the forest to Outpost Echo. However, during the Savior continuity, Georgie and Zuzy start objecting, as they want to go with the rest of the group, which they are eventually allowed to after the Player and Pony convince Mimi that they are safer with the kids around. Then, they all decide to go together while only Robby stays behind.
The following history from here on is the Savior Continuity
The Military Camp
As the group makes their way to Outpost Echo, Kona reminds them to be careful of the strange happenings going on at the camp. Once they get inside, Zuzy and the other children stay with Mimi at the entrance, while the Player, Pony, and Willow clear the path for them from infected soldiers and get the camp's elevator working. After they do the following, they travel down into the lab, where Pony tells Mimi to split up. If someone found the cure, they would yell to the others. Mimi agreed, and she takes the three kids with her down one path of the lab.
Rescuing Giraffy (Willow - Savior Ending)
During the Player's search for the cure, Mimi took the kids, and went back to Lucella to pick up Giraffy from The Silver Paw. (Their form of transportation is unknown.) When the Player and Willow make it out of the lab, Willow decides to give Pony the cure, because he was turning infected. Zuzy and the others regroup with them, and they greet Giraffy after a long time. When Georgie asks if they found the cure, the Player hesitates on telling them the truth, but Willow steps in, saying it got crushed under the rubble. Zuzy then becomes disappointed, as they needed the cure to save Zizzy. Pony and Giraffy then comfort her by saying that Zizzy would want her to stay strong, and that there might be another cure out there somewhere. The others then suggest making a cure of their own, and things seem to stay hopeful.
Hidden Ending
In the post-credits cutscene of hidden ending, Zuzy is seen in Kona's home with the rest of her friends. She, Zee and Georgie are conversing with Giraffy, who is sitting on a couch.
Winter Holiday (Non-Canon)
Zuzy appears along with the rest of the group in the wooden cabin to celebrate the holidays. Zuzy is given a fencing foil as a gift to share with Zee, which she says she can use to be like Zizzy. Zizzy then tells her to be careful and to share it with Zee until they can get another one.
Personality
In contrast to Zee's quiet and mature demeanor, Zuzy is energetic and chatty. She's also not very bright, seen by how she writes in her diary that she doesn't need to go to school because she thinks she's smart enough despite her terrible spelling and grammar, and much prefers fencing. Zuzy is also loud and outspoken, observed by how most of her dialogues consist of her yelling, and by how she doesn't hesitate in calling the Player funny looking or speaking her mind out loud. She is not very attentive nor is she a good listener. Still, she cares for her family, especially for her sisters, and her friends, willing to help them whenever she can using her quick wits and fencing skills. She is street smart, as she managed to figure out the many puzzles in the Mansion to escape, used the vents in her and Zee's bedroom at the Safe Place to escape while it was being bombed, and went through the sewer system to rescue the rest of The Safe Place members while they were jailed by T.S.P. Zuzy is brave, even though most situations she faces are dangerous and may land her into trouble. She didn't find Robby scary, calling him cute and adorable instead.

Trivia
- She and Zee are mentioned as "Little Sisters" in the ending of City - Chapter 9.
- Zee and Zuzy are confirmed to be children, along with Georgie on an interview with MiniToon and Ant Antixx.[1]
- However, they are both younger than Georgie.
- She is the first ever character to have a quote in Piggy: Book 2 (In timeline order, since Alleys is a flashback).
- After the redesign update, Zuzy still kept her old design in Mall.
- Zee also kept her old design and Giraffy and Mimi appear as their old designs with their current shirt/dress color, the latter lacking glasses. Mother and Father kept their cheeks while the former kept her pants color, doesn't have her flower on her head and has a different shade of purple for her dress. Additionally, in Alleys and Store (excluding the latter ending cutscene), she, Zizzy, Zee and Pony kept their old nose colors as well as Pony and Mimi keeping their old shirt/dress color.
- These are details that likely got overlooked.
- A similar problem occurs with some of the characters in Plant, Alleys, Store and Station. In Plant's True Ending, Penny kept her old design while Mother and Father kept their cheeks, the former lacking a flower, kept her pants color and has a different shade of purple for her dress. In Station and Alleys, Doggy kept his old head model, though he lacks cheeks in the former.
- These are details that likely got overlooked.
- Unlike Zaza Zebra (the character that Zuzy was based on), the stripes on her face go horizontally instead of vertically. Additionally, she only has one stripe on her left arm unlike her character basis who has two stripes on both arms. Interestingly, her old design has cheeks even though her character base lacks cheeks. This applies to Zee and Zizzy.
- She states that Mimi's schooling is "boring", and that she already knows how to write, do math, and do science.
- Ironically, her grammar and spelling happens to be really terrible, as shown in her diary.
- Zuzy has also been shown to be a mischievous child, as she scared Giraffy, with a note confirming that in the Safe Place, and in the Book 2 ending credit scenes, she is shown throwing paper airplanes at the Teacher's chalkboard while laughing hysterically about it. Zee, on the other hand, is seen being annoyed by her behavior. She is also seen breaking into someone's house in the Mansion chapter and tried to blame it on Zee when they were caught.
- People initially thought the twin speaking in the Mall ending was Zee, although MiniToon confirmed otherwise. According to him, he has never used Zee's text color.
- She and Zee are the only characters introduced in Book 1 that only received skins of them in Book 2.
- Zuzy and her sisters were one of the options on a poll ran by MiniToon where he asked which characters the community would like to see more story of, with the other options being Bunny, the T.S.P. crew, and Mimi and Giraffy.[2]
Sound Origins
- Zuzy's activation sound is an audio from the Roblox Audio Library called Zebra sound by zak99zebra but sped up.
